For what you're not sure of around 2:12 , he's saying :
"Je (ne) dirais pas que Shu-senpai peut parler français [...] Je me rappelle la dernière fois qu'il parlait français, il était en train de dire que..."
"I wouldn't say Shu-senpai can speak french [...] I remember the last time he spoke french, he was saying..."
But it's an understandable mistake, he was speaking faster there 😅
