My question is: How to apply perspective into anatomy.
I dont know the art terms, but I mean it in a way that that you see parts of the body like the torso become bigger and smaller depending on the distance. Maybe it's forwardshortening what I mean (I don't know what it's called).

Tip(in case you don’t wanna check it): use 3d shapes to simulate space properly. Think of your canvas as a space to put things, and the body parts(I divide arm into 4 and legs into 3. Most people use 3 for both) as shapes the compresses when the surface is away from you. Box is the best shape to use
Foreshortening anatomy is incredibly difficult, but the easiest way to learn is to get a full length mirror and just pose in front of it, then pay attention to how your own perception changes.
The most accurate way to learn is to get an anatomy book and study the body parts, then visualize how they would change in size the closer or further from the POV they were. There are several drawing books that focus specifically on anatomy and how to foreshorten it, one that I've found to be invaluable is simply titled "Anatomy for the Artist: The Dynamics of the Human Form" by Tom Flint. It uses medically accurate illustrations that start with the skeleton and builds up tissues and muscle to demonstrate how each part of the anatomy moves with, relates to and changes in relation to the rest of the anatomy, which is extremely useful information for visualizing foreshortening. I've been using it for decades and it's become my Rosetta Stone for understanding form, pose and foreshortening.

The part at min 5:00 about inspiration is very true... ACTION breeds ideas. Sure you can think of cool ideas when you're like bored at work etc but really when you hold your pen and start drawing is when you really get inspiration.

5:36 oh my god i had an art friend that showed me art progress and learning like male anatomy, faces ect. and she had a very stylized way which i didnt mind but i saw her '' study '' sketches and art and i was like wtf are u learning from this.. very unconfident lines, wobbly sketches, just plane colors and almost no tones or anything that pops to show the anatomy she was learning. once i pointed it out she got defensive and was like oh whatever it doesnt matter i understand what i drew and then got to a point where she asked me then what do u do then huh?! and then i showed her a much more detailed sketch of a males abs/chest and she said well this is learning too it doesnt matter how u do it, and clearly it does. bc once she showed me a pic of her drawing and i was confused if that blue blob was her tongue or her mouth. to me it looked like a tongue but she said oh no its a lip! your so stupid u can clearly tell its a lip and i asked ok wheres the shadow or the upper lip. and she said right there and i said no? there is no shadow THEN she proceeded to zoom in so much and i saw the tinest fucking shadow ever holy shit. and then her only excuse was that its stylized and i said but your drawing wrong even if its stylized bc its not academically correct! and then she proceeded to drag her friend over and he criticized my art, and i said oh now you sent ur friend over ok. and said thank you for the tips! he literally didnt criticize it he just made fun of me and honestly thanks to them bc i actually improved far better than whatever she drew..

Not even 2 minutes into the video and Daddy angel already hit a sore spot.
I often get lost when learning fundamentals, I'm juggling multiple balls like you're saying, and I have no idea which one to start with, learning shapes, then anatomy, then lineart? But also anatomy has so many layers when it comes to gesture, form, and different parts of the body. Do you have a layout/plan on where to start learning and how to gradually build and not overwhelm myself/feel directless?
