    I have one suggestion,
    In bakery use sweet patoto with icing sugar for coating cake.
    Remove pulp of sweet patoto.
    It's very delicious.

    I am sharing some idea.
    First select very fine ots grill it in fry pan.
    Second select any ingredients, like grape, blue berry, dry nut.
    For dry nut grill it.
    Cut into smaller pieces for more flavor.
    Third add sugar and cook nuts or fruit. Don't add ots. Make sugar liquid to dry .
    Fourth very important.
    Add ots at the last process and spread in pan for making pieces.
    Ots should not absorb water.
    It will combine by pressing.
    Cook variety of recipe for Christmas.

      Children will love it, make fine pieces for children throat.
      We can add milk and feed to children.

    Price of this product is too much higher, grill semolina or ots in fry pan , add this recipe.
    First it will soften in eating and test of sweetness will be absorb while eating. Add funnel seeds for more flavor. Grill and crush funnel seed.
    Another recipe.
    Add dry grape instead of semolina or ots for more flavor.
    Some sour sweet flavor will reduce Price of product.
