I always refer back to this video when making king sleeve blouses or shorts that require a sleeve placket ~ it’s absolutely the best video there is on how to do this classy addition to a sleeve. Thank you Angela!

I don't sew a lot,but I learned and sewed a blouse cuff for a friend's daughter watching one of your videos and it came out nicely, I couldn't believe it. I always feel confidant to sew, since you teach the lesson clearly from beginning to end on how to do that one part. Thank you so much Angela for your service.

This is a brilliant demo which I found when I couldn’t t follow instructions in a commercial pattern I had bought - just couldn’t make sense of it. Then I found Angela and couldn’t have been happier. As a bonus, her diction is extremely clear and a pleasure to listen to.

these sleeve placket tutorials just saved my week. I was struggling so bad with a "Truly Victorian" pattern and the instructions on the sleeve plackets. english is not my first language and the instructions were not clear to me. but this video (and part 1) really made it look so easy. thanks a lot for saving my blouse that I'm making.

I'm enjoying the membership so far, I would very much appreciate a sew-along for a man's shirt. It would be great if you could increase the size range on your website to say 3 or even 4XL, you'd capture most of the male population. I've had to use a Kwik Sew pattern as the ones on the website don't go large enough for me. Many thanks, Colin

Thank you Angela. You made that look so easy. Ive never sewn a placket its always looked so complicated in sewing books. Your videos are so clear/concise and I would love to see more free videos on TH-cam. By the way, do you teach sewing in the UK? Also which Bernina machine do you use? Thanks again x

Thank you very much. I am getting myself better organised to do more videos more often. I'm glad you are finding them useful.
I only teach online. My Online Sewing Patterns are my main business and the tutorials are a bit of a by-product to encourage sewers.
I've been sewing with a Bernina machine since I was twenty-one (a few years ago!) That was a 720 Record and I still use it. I also use a Bernina Artista 200 which I have had for a few years. Most of the features of which I don't use! I'm thinking of upgrading although I don't really need to

    Hello Angela,
Just love your patterns and free one too, and it would be nice if your patterns included the seam allowances for us, not to old women (65) and love to love clothes and give away to my friends and family......I am disabled, but still try to stay busy, and I love sewing, crocheting, jewelry making, gardening as much as I can......THANK YOU AGAIN.........GOD BLESS FROM FLORIDA

This is excellent. I now use this on all my shirts. How would this work if the shirt was lined? I want to make a flannel lined canvas shirt with your sleeve placket. Thanks

bxman Sorry, I'm a bit late with this answer. if your shirt is lined, I would probably treat both layers as one.
Your shirt sounds lovely. Have you make it yet>
