TKD is a traditional martial art with lots of showboating style kicks for crowds. But they don't work well in fights. They cost alot of energy and you will get a far stronger kick with your other leg planted

If a person succeeds but does not understand how then they will lose it as they grow older. What exercise regimen to follow at 30 or 40 or 50? How to maintain and measure the level of physical fitness?

I trained in kick boxing and that’s not a hard maneuver at all, a couple guys in my class would do it every day just to try to show off. I would be confident in saying I would wipe the floor with that girl and I am 150 and 45 years old and haven’t trained in 2 decades. YES that’s a challenge

13-time TKD World Champion is the impressive part. And that was more like a hurricane kick, which is typically a jumping spinning roundhouse kick. So, it wasn't just "high", if you missed the whole jumping 360° part.

Those kind of moves minus the the extra twist at the begining are common in a taekwondo training session. Taekwondo is good for learning kicking techniques only.
