Navigating Redundancy Brendan Walls Director Global Enterprise Support

It has arrived- the first in the 5 part Navigating Redundancy Series, dropping this week.
I never planned on developing new skills during all of this. I really just wanted to help people who might find themselves in this often challenging situation - but here we go. A novice at editing and getting captions on there.
Today I had the pleasure to speak to Brendan Walls Ex Director of Global Enterprise Support Services at Linkedin. Brendan was made redundant about 18 months ago. His journey is unique as he was a leader who headed up a department that was impacted significantly when the business pivoted and he was someone whose role was at risk at the same time.
He had to navigate both.
His journey is also unique as he was in a fortunate position to see this as an opportunity and took a career break up until now. This does not happen for most people.
Brendan is about to re-enter the job market and has some great insights and tips into how to manage the initial impact of going through a process like this and how to create a strategy to make this an empowering transition.
