Something I forgot to mention is that the Lucky Draw got removed when the Clown character was introduced. So you had to either earn fragments from levels or pay to unlock the character from that point on.
Also only now did I just realize that RS-001 was introduced when Joker was the newest level X(

But then there’s $13 for Supersonic, And you couldn’t even get it in the lucky draw either at the time💀
I’m glad that during mid 2018 and currently, you can complete levels for skin fragments
Also, In a new update, they added another new character called Handball.
It's pretty cool that a new character was added, but idk how I feel about the fragment cost, considering it doesn't have a shield/floating powerup capability. Then again, it's been 5 years since we last got a character so I can't complain.

@@SamMcGill-sy2rg I don't think the scarab ever had one, if I remember correctly from my research back then. However, if it did, I think it would've costed between 10-15 dollars since that's what they used to do with Supersonic.
Especially since it's the first skin in RS to have a chance of floating.
