Pag nag explain po kayo lahat itagalog nyo po , kz Hindi naman kayo maiintindihan, at pag nag bigay ng property dapat mag karoon ng kontrata sa mga matutulungan.,
1 )Pag binigyan sila ng property hindi nila pwedeng ibenta.
2 ) Kailangan yung property na bigyan kailangan mag karoon ng kasunduan na laging panatilihin ang buong bahay para mag tagal,malinis ang ang nila😊, at automatically kailangan ibalik sa lingo kailangn ibalik sa charity😊😅😅
