    Think about John's words of wisdom when you vote. Many indigenous elders say that we are nearing the point of no return, but too many of politicians are in denial. Which is more important, the luxuries that we can presently accumulate or the miseries that our decedents will endure due to our ignorance and greed?

      What, seriously? They developed corn from a simple grass, and cultivated gardens that fed cities of 40,000 people In Mexico, Guatemala and the US Southwest. They showed the colonists how to sew North American crops, as the seeds brought from Europe weren't viable.
