It was the perfect interview for Caitlin. It humanized her and not with gotcha questions. Very casual and entertaining. The Kelce's killed it.

She was what we thought she was!! I personally had no doubts she would dominate. Her mental toughness is part of her package that makes her great.

Not that I thought the Kelces would, because they are awesome humans, but it was so nice to see her be carefree in an interview and just chat with people who weren’t looking for a political clickbait headline. The Kelces are so respectable for giving this kid a break finally! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The guys did an excellent job that was the best interview that I’ve heard ever in sports. They stayed away from the BS and the social media nonsense. Excellent job guys.

Clark's rookie season, was a wake up call for the entire league. "Reality is coming" as I recall it was said. Well, that reality did come. You know damn well that a majority of other players in the WNBA, are putting in a lot more extra work this off season than what they may have put in the past. They all seen that bar get raised to a level that nobody else has set before. Now it's either try to keep up, or get absolutely torched.

@@braize6279agree, they are actually maybe turning into a professional league.

Naah, they not, the leauge is too lazy, they will still suck just as bad as they did last year. Reality is they are lazy and elitist. She is hard worker and will out run/perform/play them.

@@kingleoholdingsklh8353 you’re so right and the only way to fix them is the NBA stop giving them money then they would have to work to earn their keep like most of us out in a real world

Indiana Fever definitely got their money's worth in 2024 drafting CC....maybe 10-fold.

I would even go more than that..for what they're paying her as oppose to what they made in profit just on ticket sales, merchandise, concession, etc..more than ten fold//

We're about to see a care free super confident CC. It's never been so over for the rest of the league lmao I almost feel bad... And I say almost because they deserve everything that's comin (players, coaches, media, all of em)
    My expectations:
    - A 40 ball
    - Avg 25 9 7
    - Multiple triple doubles
    - 1st all w
    - Top 3 mvp voting
    - Top 4 seed
    - Semi finals at the very least

    Ben,
    1) during the 'New Heights' podcast they bring up the question on why the NBA's ratings are down this year. At 1:01:29 Caitlin gives her answer. I would really like to hear your input on her answer.
    2) with your affinity for CC (Chennedy Carter), I would also like to hear your take as they toyed around with random ideas to increase ratings (for NBA) and they mention having a Hockey-style fight and no major reprecousions on that.

Sides didn’t allow CC to be alpha! Taking her out at the end of the game for defensive reasons was horrendous. That plus Nalyssa Smith thinking she was the hero was also a problem. Hopefully Smith winds up wherever Sides went.

After reading that article Kelsey Mitchell wrote last month I honestly do not think she’s coming back. I got the feeling that the pressure is getting to her. I get where she’s coming from, being a teammate of CC has to be stressful because the Fever are expected to win every game and championships.

Agree with all, even the NaLyssa Smith thing. Smith could be a 'beast' Offensively and Defensively. If only for the Mustard (Dejonaise) thing. Don't see what she sees in that weird relationship. But if NaLyssa can commit to this realistic championship run of many upcoming years, she could be an important piece on the team, like Dennis Rodman or Scottie Pippen on the Bulls in the mid 90's with Michael Jordan.
