Great pocket dump! I've been carrying the Fenix E12 in my edc pouch along with my victorinox climber for a few weeks. The E12 is great! Still pretty simple with 3 modes: low, medium and high. And it always comes in on low mode, then with a half press of the tail switch you can cycle through the modes.

Do you carry a handgun for EDC ?
Excellent question! I like to keep some things unknown and a surprise, so unfortunately I won’t be divulging anything related to pew pews on the channel. Being prepared and ready for self defense is a key part of edc. Just a part I don’t talk about on here.

@@EDCQ without revealing if you carry a pistol or not for EDC, if you had to recommend a pistol for EDC or home defense what sort of pistol would be the one you might choose.
@@sputnikone6281 😂😂😂 you know me well. Glocks are favorites for a reason, they are reliable and in a pew pew, you need reliability.
For home defense, I wouldn’t worry about being able to conceal so a larger mag, maybe larger rounds would be preferable. Something you are very efficient with and practice with at the range.
For on person, conceal is key. So a compact or sub compact would be preferable. Whatever you are comfortable with and competent using.
The S&W Shield is awesome, Glock 19 and 43 are great. I lean towards preferring 9mm.
Can’t stress enough safety and being comfortable with it. Practice, practice, practice.
@@EDCQ Very sensible and practical choices. IMO for EDC reliability is paramount and 9mm is the best all round calibre.
