You just need to measure that damaged panel, grab some half inch stock of melamine coated board, drill your holes with countersinks, and finally, use a warm blow dryer to loosen the rest of the graphic, and apply adhesive to it, and reapply the graphic to the new panel. Don't forget to drill the dowl holes. That should get you back in action. You might need to find some half inch gray tape to replace the original edge tape with. Very sorry this happened. No, only that panel is ruined. Not the whole cabinet. Good luck with the refurbishment. Thanks for sharing this.

I'd sell this one, and buy the new version with the molded coin door, that might actually save you some money IF you were planing on adding a coin door to the one you had.

This situation is something that I worry about as far as getting any replacement parts for our older cabinets.
There are ebay sellers who will make you an exact duplicate vinyl graphic for a very reasonable price. I have had many of them done for my cars over the years.

If you don’t build another riser platform for these, as you had in the old place try a booster, see how you like it. With the og SW riser. Idk I’d be looking out for someone selling just the riser, maybe find a deal on a full og SW 1up and sell the cab minus the riser or with your network of community friends, see if 1up has a replacement or a full riser to send or sell to replace it. Like you say once a bit gets in there it can do a lot of damage, and an excellent point for the new deluxe. Fox why not just scan the artwork and have it reproduced? Replacing the MDF panel isn't too difficult for someone like you with the skill set. I'm sure the edge banding can't be too difficult to match. If I need to send you down some edge banding samples I will bud, you just let me know.

Fox did you ever fix this? I replaced my 2019 riser front panel with the 2023 version I got from A1up directly. I can help you replace the front panel.
Options: carefully peel back graphics then re glue it on, take riser apart and cut another mdf exactly the same size and have a replica graphic put on it, just ignore it and buy XL version of it's worth it to you.

But even then I would imagine that yes the new Deluxe cabs would be more of a pain in the ass to fix in your kind of Scenario because it's either gonna need to have 1 or both bottom halves to be replaced and the cab out of commission. But hey! Since we are here talking about the Physical Builds, Can we talk about how stupid the New Pac-Man and Class of 81 are, in Design for making the control Deck essentially inaccessible by normal users. With the Black cover under the control Deck, once those cabs are built, and anyone has any sort of issues with the controls for replacement, would then have to disassemble an entire side panel, or remove the whole Monitor. If I wanted to upgrade my parts, service them, or replace a stock part for warranty reasons, it wouldn't be anything like taking off 4 screws and Flipping the control Deck. What an Ass Backward concept 😵

Honestly, It's an A1UP. That's one of my biggest issues with the cabs. The Art on the cabs is just Paper, and once you have Na issue with one of them, they come off feeling no different than the Cardboard Box that they come in. I definitely would love an Overhaul on the build quality of the art so it doesn't damage so easily. Thanks for sharing, and I sympathize. I don't have water damage on any of my cabs, but a couple of my cabs have Sun Damage on the art. It's kinda grown on me though, makes my OG Class of 81 Ms. Pac-Man Side look about as old as a Real cab 😂
