Imagine...
You come home from a stressful day at work. You want nothing but to be in comfy clothes and in your bed.
As you start to drive, one of your favorite songs come on. You're not really in the mood for such a song but you can't help but bob your head to the pleasing beat.
You quietly start to mouth the rap part and thump your hands against the steering wheel. Now you're just plain out singing.
Luckily the light had switch to red. You pulled your windows down (even though you knew it was pouring) and you turned up the volume.
And you sang your heart out, "ALRIGHT-"
You whipped your head back and forth, basically dancing in your car in front of a red light with your windows down to a loud blasting seesaw.
A car pulled up next to you, you didn't notice the weird stare they were giving you, but you didn't care anyway.
The magestic voice calmed you of your stresses, you felt yourself in another world.

I just had the image of twenty years from now, when BTS have disbannded, after fulfiling their goals and impacting millions upon millions of people all over the world, after leaving their mark indisptuably on the music industry and the whole world. After hearing them tell Army that they love us one last time. After all that, driving through the rain listening to their songs, and being content knowing that even if it couldnt last forever, i was able to experience the joy and love that BTS put out into the universe, i was able to climb the mountain with BTS, and their music will forever be a snapshot of how that view from the top looked surrounded by BTS and Army, my family.

Bruh, that hurts. The song is about a person in a toxic relationship and IMAGINE Yoongi wrote the song because of their relationship.

imagine some 20-25 years from now, ur so busy with work and managing ur family, u schedule has u on a chokehold and u do not have the time to take out any time out for yourself. u havent been feeling like urself lately, everyday is just a chaotic rush to get as much work done as possible to make ends meet and barely grab a couple hours of sleep at night. you wonder how ur able to keep it together. memories from the days of crying, laughing, and feeling overwhelmed by the immense amount of love u felt for them resurface ever so often but u resist getting submerged into them and dont allow yourself to think of those times, because all that would do is be a painful reminder of how different things are now, and how u can never return to those days again, those days which now are a a mere distant memory. yet sometimes, sometimes a stray memory looms out of the darkness and it takes all u have to mentally teleport yourself back to the present.
one night around 10 pm, you just got off work and run to your car cuz its raining heavily. as ur about to start ur car, u decide to just take a minute and watch the rainfall. u lean ur head against the rain splattered window. ur eyes drift to the cd player that u havent used inages, u dont even remember the last time u listened to music for the sake of just listening to music and relaxing. suddenly u open the compartment beside u and find ur old phone in there. with a pang u realize that it still has the same key, the date when u found them. u unlock ur phone and the first thing on the screen is an old spotify playlist, paused at trivia: seesaw. u dont understand why its so complicated, why things need to be so difficult, why u cannot let urself be welcomed home by their voices again. the storm thunders on and tears start welling up in ur eyes. u toss the phone out the window and as u rev up ur car u hear a noise coming from the cd player. u try to open it but its jammed, so u give it a couple punches but it just wont budge. u start driving, ur still far from home when suddenly, straining from the noise of thunder rolls, u hear a faint 'suga' from the cd player.
it feels as if ur entire life has led up to that point. now it all makes sense. it really never was that difficult. though u had to take the long way back, u are finally home. once again, u found bts when u needed them the most, and once again, u found ur lost self back.
I just imagined how I'm gonna grow old. I probably will have my life together and will be all grown up with a job, a partner, a home... I probably will stop following bts at some point in life (it's not a plan, im just imagining don't hit me). But if I hear this song.. I might remember these times with nostalgia.
When i was coming back home from their concert at Rosebowl, I played all the songs from the concert. So it brings be back to that time, except it wasn't raining is all.
