Ekko has 2 rappers: Duckwrth and Thutmose. Thutmose is the first rap. Qiyana (girl with blue/pink hair) is Becky G not Keke Palmer, the line "Now they ask where QiQi's at" is Qiyana's nickname Senna who sang the chorus is Keke Palmer. Akali who rapped in Korean is Soyeon from (G)-IDLE, also part of the virtual Kpop group called K/DA of League of Legends
@@WipeoutVasusu It is amazing right, cause that first rap hits you and you are like holy crap they mean business this is amazing, and then somehow that second rap raises the bar. It is insane.
Glad you liked this one. Since we're also on the topic of recommending more league songs the group KDA has like 5 more songs and there's also some cinematics and music videos more lore related, for example: Awaken, Warriors, the kin of the stained blade (cinematic) and the tales of runeterra short stories.
Btw, at 0:59 in the video there is an Arcane poster (the scene where akali is taking escalator) in the background, which is really neat easter egg considering Giants came out 3 years before Arcane.
KDA More is another good one. Pentakill, the rock group, has a music video called mortal reminder I think. Been a minute since I listened to it. But it's fire as well. Pentakill also has 3 full albums now.
Something also to note is that Becky G is on the second verse of the chorus, when it switches to the first verse it's both Keke and Becky G, Becky G also has a fair few ad-libs in the song if you pay enough attention. A lot of the "Yeah" and other short staccato vocals are usually her. That falsetto bit in the chorus is her, as her voice is a fair bit higher than Keke and her falsetto tends to be aswell, the timbre is very noticable once you've heard her do it a few times, it's the sort of thing that "sticks". Side Note: Becky G is Mexican and this is probably the first time Riot has had any Spanish lyrics in any of their songs. I've heard this song a literal bazillion times at this point, but due to my history with music production I tend to pickup on this stuff incredibly easily. (Also, a month late on this, 2022 is here! XD)
Keke's the one singing the chorus, not the one with the spinning ring, that's becky (just in case it wasn't clear cause I've seen some people confusing the two)
If you gonna watch all the amazing songs by KDA. Watch Warriors, Pheonix, RISE, Heroes never die... you definitely need to check World Championshop opening ceremonies where they performed those songs LIVE as they also did GIANTS which was insane. I would recommend watching each song with with original trailer and after live performance of that song.
Hi. You seem to be new so here is for you: Other than Arcane, there is (in general) 4 type of League of legend( lol ) video common on YT: 1- Players video. 2- Skin video. 3- Characters video. 4- Cinematic video. 1- Players video: When lol was young (and even now) there was a clear distain for e-sport in the media and the general public, Riot found it important to celebrate e-sport players and player in general, which lead to the Players video. They can be about specific players or players in general, thru their champion. They are a celebration of the game. Ex: Rise. Take over. Warriors 2014(?) (Not the 2020). Burn it all down. Legend never die. 2- Skin videos: lol is free to play but you can buy champion skins(apparance). Those video are to promote (and sell) those skins. They are often from Althernative Universe with their own lore and stories. Those include: All the K/DA video (tho they started to take a cathegory on their own), Giant, Light and shadow, Pentakillz, Phoenix, Star Guardians... 3- Characters video: those are about one or a few specific character(s). They can be origin stories, events, or just focus on their characters. Ex: Annie. The curse of the sad mummy. Get Jinxed... 4- Finally the Cinematic videos: those can be split between the old and new ones. The old were interpretation of what happen suring matches, from the champions perspectives. The new are about lore and event in the world. Old: A new dawn. New: Warriors (2020). Awaken.
Since you liked Arcane, you can check out Bridging The Rift. It's a mini series at League of Legends official youtube chanel that takes you on the journy behind Arcane (the making off, the troubles they had etc). Thay wanted to do Arcane since 2015 I think, and because of some difficulties they had to take a break from it. But, since they wanted to keep all the artists that had been working on the series and not lose them for not giving them work to do, they started this hole project of music videos! In short, if there weren't any difficulties with Arcane at it's beggining we wouldn't have had those amazing videos :P
For Ekko, you compared him to Flash, in the video they almost make it look like a glitch as he is moving around, but he is known for small time jumps Its not a song so you might want to check it by yourself, not a reaction, but there is a video Ekko: Seconds that they put up around the time Ekko was added to the game
This was pretty clean. Hard to believe you missed two months of Diana Ankudinova singing live each Saturday night on Russian TV. Go find Bopoha (Crow) and sit back and get your mind blown now that she is 18.
KDA and True Damage don’t really have any connection to the lore except ofc that they use league characters, which is indeed a cool concept. For some cool videos that actually take place in the lore, you have Awaken 2019 and Warriors 2020 for example Rise 2018, and Burn it all down 2021, are also cool animated videos but more about the LoL championship than the lore itself
*Have u every watched any bollywood movie and song....its my hummble request please react to BAAJIRAO MASTANI trailer and its song DEEWANI MASTANI....you will 100% like it.....love from INDIA*
Ekko has 2 rappers: Duckwrth and Thutmose. Thutmose is the first rap.
Qiyana (girl with blue/pink hair) is Becky G not Keke Palmer, the line "Now they ask where QiQi's at" is Qiyana's nickname

Akali who rapped in Korean is Soyeon from (G)-IDLE, also part of the virtual Kpop group called K/DA of League of Legends
Just to add
Ekko #1 - Thutmose
Ekko #2 - Duckwrth (The 2nd Ekko/Ozzi during the beat switch)
That Qiqi line really messes with people. Nearly everybody is confused by it when they go in knowing each of the artists.
@@severedproxy imho duckwrth is better
@@WipeoutVasusu It is amazing right, cause that first rap hits you and you are like holy crap they mean business this is amazing, and then somehow that second rap raises the bar. It is insane.
the song also starts with a remix of Akali's rap from Pop/Stars

I wonder how long the tv show was in the works. I know it probably took a while, especially considering the art direction it went.
KDA More is another good one. Pentakill, the rock group, has a music video called mortal reminder I think. Been a minute since I listened to it. But it's fire as well. Pentakill also has 3 full albums now.
Regarding languages, SOYEON as Akali was rapping in Korean and Becky G as Qiyana was singing in Spanish.

Your reactions and hype make me so happy! Keep it up
This ones my favorite one they've ever done!
Keke's the one singing the chorus, not the one with the spinning ring, that's becky (just in case it wasn't clear cause I've seen some people confusing the two)
If this is impressive you should see the live of this from the worlds from 2019 what they manage to do with the staging is pure mindblowing.

Jinx has her own song and musical video "Get Jinxed" you might like to react ;)
Ladies and Gentleman Dave has entered the rabbit hole! I repeat Dave has entered the rabbit hole of LoL songs!
For Ekko, you compared him to Flash, in the video they almost make it look like a glitch as he is moving around, but he is known for small time jumps

As a big fan of league for 6 years now I always enjoy seeing new ppl react 2 their stuff.. where is ur arcane reaction?

The girl with the hula hoop is Becky G and she does have Latino roots
Ayo dave you should check out the cover of this that lollia put together, has GBJ on it and everything
If you like lore I can only recommend the Legends of Runeterra clips that tell you about the different areas of the world of League.
"Gold mine" yeah
You should watch the live performance of this song
you should definitely check out KDA More and Villain next!!
This was pretty clean. Hard to believe you missed two months of Diana Ankudinova singing live each Saturday night on Russian TV. Go find Bopoha (Crow) and sit back and get your mind blown now that she is 18.
you have to react to kda song : drum go dumb and villain ! i want to see your mind blown to bits
Oh yeah, Riot the music company that also makes games, I've heard of it
XD
Gotta check out pop stars live, more and villain
If you enjoy beat switches you should listen to NF
yo watch the live performance of this
you should know those arent canon to league of legends lore they are skin lines for the game (and have their own lore for many cases)
KDA and True Damage don’t really have any connection to the lore except ofc that they use league characters, which is indeed a cool concept.
For some cool videos that actually take place in the lore, you have Awaken 2019 and Warriors 2020 for example
Rise 2018, and Burn it all down 2021, are also cool animated videos but more about the LoL championship than the lore itself
Actualy wrong, KDA Akali (SOYEON) rapper, is also in this band as its her band if I am not wrong LORE vise.
@@simonsramcik5610 But they are not conected to lore of the game. It's a paralel universe on it's own. Like Odisey, Star Guardian and Proyect.
