Beautiful film, I only just discovered MacNeice, this was a lovely education on him, thank you. What is the music at the end?

An amazing poet. Thank you for sharing. But it puzzles me: The painting of him as a "disturbed" person. The first time I read "A cog in the machine" I knew what "disturbed" really was/ ment. Ireland: hold him.

Bravo - so glad you made the pilgrimage to Carrowdore, much better than Drumcliffe, Inniskeen or Bellaghy; his early demise as unnecessary as Bob Marley's or Tennessee Williams's. AC is right on it being short, but perhaps you could show it to BBC4 to whet their appetite? He may not get a Wogan House 'elevation', but he is one of their own and his is a powerful story well crafted by you lads and deserving the full bells and whistles treatment. I hope it happens and soon.
