A bit disappointing that he can effortlessly curb-stomp all the other Ricks like that. Even if they aren't all as crazy prepared as he is if you get a large enough group together someone should at least have shields.

@@camerondennis110 yee but now that Rick Prime is dead, C-137 could be called the Rickest Rick now since he was the second known Rick to make portal travel.
I think it’s crazy that our Rick would have become simple Rick if his family was left alone. Maybe that’s why Simple Rick was only 60 iterations from the central finite curve.
At this point I want to know more about Diane. Like, why Diane is always dead in seemingly every universe, Why Rick has never met an older version of her, and why her being dead is seemingly a requirement for rick to become a genius.
Probably something to do with the Central Finite Curve (which is supposedly broken now). Since all the universe inside that curve is where Rick is the smartest, I guess the universes where Diane is still alive is where Rick is not the smartest.
One theory I've seen is that Rick Prime and Rick C-137 are the only 2 Ricks in existence that ever invented portal travel. Rick Prime invented portal travel and then went out in search of other Ricks to give portal travel to. Then those Ricks passed on portal travel as well in an exponential growth of Ricks giving Ricks portal travel. Nobody other than Rick Prime actually made their own, it was always gifted. Whenever a Rick encounters a Rick that wants to stay home and stay with their family the Ricks kill that Rick's family out of spite. There are so many abandoned Beths, because most Ricks take the deal to become "Gods". Most "Simple" Ricks die off, never inventing portal travel on their own. But Rick C-137 is the only Rick in existence besides Rick Prime to independently create portal travel without being given it by a Rick that already had it. And now Rick C-137 is going after the Rick that started all of it. It's just a theory, but it's one that I like.
One thing I found disappointing about Rick Prime getting killed (spoilers) is that we didn't get to see his backstory. He was the rickest Rick, the first one to invent interdimensional teleportation, he wanted to recruit Ricks but we don't know for what, he built a device capable of erasing someone from existence and he used that on his own wife and a dear friend. But why? We got Rick's backstory, Evil Morty's backstory, I'm hoping for Rick Prime's backstory to come soon.
One thing I noticed is that all Ricks didn't wear lab coats and were wearing jackets, dark outfits, and anything that isn't a lab coat like Rick Prime. But after Rick C-137 goes back to wearing a Lab coat, the rest of the Ricks followed this trend except for Rick Prime.
I love how there actually making Rick prime an actual villain that Rick is going to go after but I really hope evil Marty’s story is finished they’re the best villains in the show it’d be awesome to see em team up
Rick Prime is the first to invent portal gun travel, or so they want us to think. His universe was the one we were following up from Season 1 till Morty got horny 😂😂
@@Ukiyo_wondersnope, prime Morty (aka the grandson of prime Rick) is the Morty we have been following the entire show. Evil Morty is from a different, yet unespecified universe
Honestly I could believe that Rick Prime was the original creator of the portal gun got either depressed or bored or whatever and decided to create an arch nemesis himself and as you said our guys the toughest he's faced
I think that he left his family to go off on a multiversal wish fulfillment trip, but he kinda regrets it. So he approaches a few of himself with that offer. A lot of them said yes, but they're lightweight compared to him. Cheap imitations. Imagine discovering a multiverse of yourself, but you're still the smartest one. Then you find one who might be on your level, and he refuses. He picked the choice you didn't. That's probably how it felt. So Rick Prime took that option away from Our Rick, in the hopes of creating someone who "gets" him. Failing that, he gets a worthy adversary to play chase with across near-infinite space.
Being that Evil Morty appears every other season, I can't wait to see him pop up this upcoming season. That cliff hanger in season 5 gave me goosebumps.
I mean, he escaped the finite curve so maybe it doesn’t affect him? Either way, I hope we see him in season 7 since evil Morty appears every season with an odd number (He appeared in season 1,3,5 and hopefully 7).
That makes sense, the "green" portals seemed to be disrupted when the Central Finite Curve went down.. and Evil Morty used a "gold" portal to get out. I originally thought the greens depend on the Curve, but the timelines don't match.. since Our Rick supposedly made it as a cage to limit the universes Rick Prime could be in. But there were portal guns used well before that went up.
@@DemonicAdj yes and these episodes also explained that Rick had limoted these universes to only the realities where he is the smartest person in them, meaning universes outside of this contain people that are smarter than Rick
I genuinely needed this. Just finished rewatching for the first time since season 5 dropped, and I was so confused about this plotline. Everything happens so fast in this show
i actually think this is a really cool spin on it, having the rickest rick or the most 'him' of himself be the villain will hopefully make for an interesting watch :)
I never realized that the clone was actually Rick Prime until seeing this lmao. He's putting pants on when Jerry finds him and the broken capsule is in the background. The balls you'd need to be nude dancing in front of the guy trying to kill you banking on the hope he thinks you're not the real you...
Just realized from this Rick Prime was trying to create the Citadel basically but with himself at top, so C-137 created it with a council to either lure him out or just spite him and prevent him from gaining that kind of power.
From the backstory montages, the main reason the Ricks teamed up for a Citadel was to kill our Rick who was on a rampage on killing any Rick related to Rick Prime. I want to know why Rick Prime wanted to share his tech with other Ricks, instead of preventing other's from creating one by making them all Simple Ricks. Did he just want to create chaos for fun? And watching things unfold
@@Krmiby Notice the flags, though. Rick Prime WAS organizing them. C-137 was for a time tracking them down by following some kind of dimensional map from the flags. And then after they organized for protection against him, then he took over and created the citadel, but it still used the basic design of Rick Prime's flags.
1:50 It's very interesting we don't see rick prime doing that and he stated "you're the last person to create something" implying it could be someone else, and rick went from giving up science to become a mad scientist.
Yeah. That's a real proof that most of the show "fans" are tone deaf. I don't really like new voice actors, because they're really bad at acting, but some people are just straight up stupid and saying it's either Ai or that they can hear a difference, without realizing that it's just old scenes voiced by Roiland
@@amongstreality3487 my thoughts exactly. How can a fan of the show not remember scenes from the last season lol and then the ai obsession is just hilarious to me, i dont see why so many people are into it the way they are, almost like they see being creatove as a bad thing or something lol
The more I hear the old voice, the more I'm starting to think, "will the new voice feel as good, or will it break my immersion and take me out of scenes quite often?" I hope that the writing is good enough to make the voice difference trivial.
honestly, I think half the show is the voices. His charges got dropped and he is still fired but idk, hope its good. I think the morty is spot on though
I just realized Rick C-137 was the only “other” Rick to invent inter-dimensional travel because he is literally the only Rick to deny Rick Prime’s opportunity. Every single other Rick had the portal gun because they were handed the portal gun by Rick Prime! This makes so much sense considering Rick Prime remembers C-137, he took note! Rick C-137 invented the portal gun on his own in a state of depression and possible desperation. And after the confirmation that only 2 Ricks ever invented inter-dimensional travel, it all connects. 🤷♂️
Never noticed while watching season 6 finale, Prime Rick is 34-C, i always though, that Prime Rick is like from C-1 / 1-C or like "Prime Earth" dimension, thats cool. He is just casual Rick like any other. 7:58
@@ursidae97 I am not, I go back and watch season 1 and 2, and even some of three, and realize it was always somewhat like that. But these days it just feels way more money hungry
this all fiction but to my understanding wat your sayinng is false. Rprime traveled through the entire multiverse AND tested out all infinite possibilities before he figured out he has to travel C137, because after he did those things and saw the future he found that the only other rick to invent interdimensional travel with no external help would be C137 so he knew he had to travel in time and meet him before he invented it independently so he could convince him to teamup while secretly the teamup was a guise to keep Rprime a superior and keep C137 incheck and monitored but C137 didnt know that (but obviously did end up finding out after the bombing) cause he didnt invent the portalmachine yet so he couldnt see the future to know what was all happening while Rprime did. long story short Rprime and C137 were always destined to be the only ricks to independently invent interdimensional portals , & i think this knowledge gets revealed in the episode Rprime dies. 👽🚀🛸🪐
@@nunu4evaaa he didn’t see the future or know that Rick was going to invent portal travel. Prime was just going around giving it to other Ricks. The only reason Rick even invited portal travel was because he was going after Prime.
Rick C-137 is the only Rick that wanted a simple life with his family but still had the ability to make his own portal gun without anyone's help. That's what makes him the Rickest Rick.
3:17 underated part is this group of Ricks was doing something completely unrelated to what C-137 was doing. The Evil Rick destroyed the cube thinking it was related to what he was doing but in reality he just heard of a group of Ricks trying to get some artifact and figured one of them could he Rick Prime. Thats kind of hilarious.
What Im getting is Rick Prime is the rickest rick and his universe is the original universe. C137 is probably the 2nd most rick of them all as he was closer to inventing portal travel. This also makes sense about that theory going around that not all ricks actually figured out portal travel and were just given the tech.
I just realized that Rick C137 was heading to a very dark sinister place, a place where no one comes back from, UNTIL he crashed into his Rick Primes garage, Beth spotted him, and he started adventures with Morty Prime, who pulled him from that darkness. It was very similar to the dark path Slo-mobius' spouse was on until she met her new spouse who had also suffered a loss, and she was also pulled out of the darkness. It makes sense that there will be a character who doesn't meet someone and will be consumed by the darkness. Maybe someone outside of the Central Finite Curve. Maybe an evil Beth who's mother was wiped from existence in front of her and she blamed her Rick for leaving. She invents a portal gun to track him, but Rick C137 kills her father, who was in attendance of a Rick meeting, before she can get her revenge so she targets C137 next for stealing her vengence, but first she must find a way to break the Central finite curve, and it so happens, a Morty figured out how. She kidnaps and tortures Evil Morty. He escapes barely and makes his way to C137 for help. Evil Morty: It's coming.... *collapses* After numerous battles, it is revealed that the great evil is Beth, Rick gets mad that Evil Morty didn't tell him. Evil Morty suggests that the only way to beat her is to use the Omega device, which Rick refuses. He choses to confront her but needs everyone for the battle, Rick C137, bird person, squanchy, evil Morty, maybe even have Jaguar come in at a clutch time. After a huge battle worse than when they battled Rick Prime. Rick is messed up and Morty gets tossed into a butter dimension where he's dying. Rick: MORTY!!! NOooooo..... *he uses every gadget he has left but nothing can reach Morty. Morty: It's ok Rick....really it is...being with you has been the best time of my life, the best adventure anyone could ever ask for. I love you Grandpa Rick. *Rick trying desperately ever gadget he has left...when all of a sudden out of his lab coat comes....BUTTER BOT! He scoops up Morty and brings him to safety... RICK AND MORTY: What?!? HOW?!? BUTTERBOT: (Proudly) I PASS BUTTER!
I think that Rick prime is himself from the future, this is why Rick prime always know his next move and at the end.. normal rock decide to break the circle and not become rick prime. Probably this is will never be in the script but I think it will be a proper end of season.. something that hit inside and it's very emotional. Marking a big difference between the first season and the last episode where Rick finally accept the fact that he is a unique Rick with feelings. Something that we all recognize because in all season he slowly achivment
I had a Theory that Rick C-137 is actually a clone of Rick Prime he created in order to perfect The Portal Gun by killing his family so he'd be forced to focus on Science instead of Family. 🧏🏿♂️
I think he has clones (Rick prime) as stated by our rick we follow. “no Morty, they’re all rick prime.” Referring to the quote about dots on the monitor. however I think where your theory is wrong would be that Prime Rick is creating the universes full of superior Ricks through a cult like citadel that gives advanced technology to ricks in all universes and killing all Diane’s along the way to jump start a coldness we see in almost all ricks besides our own when he falters his tough careless facade weaknesses will be his strengths by the time it’s over, and likely how he defeats prime rick is by being unique from all the Ricks by showing or feeling some sort of compassion none other is capable of.
@@JnkxDog Yeah but as far as we know prime Rick didn't have that. Prime Rick's portal gun was basically the same in function with a minor difference in design
It's amazing how Rick Prime is immortal and hard to find ..it really keeps me on toes and eager for season 7 ....and i also can't wait to see a team up between rick c137 and evil Morty
Rick has no Prime, just the first successful Rick as the rival target to protagonist failure Rick who lose everything, Evil Morty is not just evil and bad, he’s superior and overwhelm, the Superior Proud Morty.
Just occurred to me, all the the order Diana's were taken out by the omega device except for our Ricke Diana, she was taken out by a bomb sent by P Rick personally. Thats rough
Now that i think about it jerry being the 1st one to almost kill prime rick was foreshadow to his own demise. He literally had any type counter to rick c 317 and any other rick. Yet was killed by evil morty for not taking him serious as a threat. Really shows how big prime ricks ego was and how his simple death made him look pathetic since he viewed himself as an immortal god.
It's strange how he didn't care about the beth he moved in with, but he cared enough about the morty he spent that time with to take with him once the world was destroyed
Prime rick likely set a domino effect off with the Ricks he shared portal travel with which is why most ricks didn’t actually invent it and since it’s infinity it’s possible they’re still spreading portal travel to ricks who haven’t made it yet since they’re likely all capable with some exceptions (doofus universe) and majority of ricks that got portal travel probably don’t care for their family’s as much as our rick which is why most don’t chase rick prime
Im kinda curious about his past. Did he always was like this or something changed him? Imagine prequel spin-off show about him and his adventures before he met Rick C-137. We don’t actually know his age, his presence was always young because of his regeneration. So it’s kinda possible that at the time when he walked into Rick C-137 garage he was already much MUCH older then our Rick. If "Rick and Morty" showed us how Rick changed from being broken and annoyed by everything person to truly loving and caring man who he was in his past, it would be interesting to see Rick Prime story from his point of view. His path from “hero-phase” (if he actually had one) to selfish ego-maniac who he ended up to be.
One thing season 5 episode 10 showed us was that our Rick doesn’t even have a real continuity with the Birdperson we met. Every scene with Birdperson in Rick’s flash backs he is wearing sunglasses. Although we don’t see him at the battle of Blood ridge wearing them or not, and we do see inside Bird Person’s mind that he wasn’t, there is a good chance for our Rick at their battle he was. Rick and Bird Person’s friendship is so real they can swap dimensions and not even notice it’s a different Rick bc he respects him and cares about him in almost every timeline.
I dont care whether or not the next season will have the best quality compared to the first few seasons. I also dont care about the small voice changes. I just want 100 seasons like they said in the last episode of season 1 and that they will never sell out to disney because that would mean no sexual stuff or gore anymore
The funny thing is Rick C-137 has gone through several body switches with alternative universes and clone bodies, it's hard to how close to his universe's real body, I guess the reset went by soul or something?
It was true though the whole time, this path he walked, vengeance he wanted for so long, he wouldn’t find no peace. Now he feels incomplete and hollow.
This just makes me wonder who Evil Morty is more since now we know he isn't Morty Prime. What would happen if Rick Prime and Evil Morty encountered each other?
Honestly I could be wrong but I think evil morty himself explained it When he talked to our Morty " if you've ever thought for yourself your Evil morty "

@@genericname1622underrated comment
It’s possible he had one more out but unlikely so we may never know
Yeah same he got killed off way too quickly
I’m loving that you put the spoiler alert after the spoiler itself
Because it was rushed and poorly written. Harmon never wanted to do long term overarching plots so they just nipped it in the butt real quick
@Childofbhaal eh it was not bad
One thing I noticed is that all Ricks didn't wear lab coats and were wearing jackets, dark outfits, and anything that isn't a lab coat like Rick Prime. But after Rick C-137 goes back to wearing a Lab coat, the rest of the Ricks followed this trend except for Rick Prime.
I love how there actually making Rick prime an actual villain that Rick is going to go after but I really hope evil Marty’s story is finished they’re the best villains in the show it’d be awesome to see em team up

@@Ukiyo_wonders Huh, wow. I didn’t know this show would go that *HARD* and yet it did.

I think Rick Prime did this to a lot of Rick’s to make his ultimate adversary and C-137 is the only one who kept at it or survived the longest.
@@DemonicAdjthis is actually a very good theory i applaud you for this
Being that Evil Morty appears every other season, I can't wait to see him pop up this upcoming season. That cliff hanger in season 5 gave me goosebumps.
When Rick reset portal travelers doesnt that mean evil Morty was also reset?
Im pretty sure it doesn't apply to Evil Morty as he was able to escape outside of universes that Rick controls
Im guessing the golden portal was different or smth?

The balls you'd need to be nude dancing in front of the guy trying to kill you banking on the hope he thinks you're not the real you...
Technically that could just be a copy, or clone. R c137 has clones and copies so there's no reason prime wouldn't.
Just realized from this Rick Prime was trying to create the Citadel basically but with himself at top, so C-137 created it with a council to either lure him out or just spite him and prevent him from gaining that kind of power.
Rick prime is just to Rick for C-137.
And now what's left for him is emptiness.

this all fiction but to my understanding wat your sayinng is false.

The show must go on.
Rick and Morty forever, Rick and Morty for a 100 years.
I don’t really watch this show, but man this was impressive writing. And art style, I suppose I’ll start from the beginning and catch up on this.
*collapses*
After numerous battles, it is revealed that the great evil is Beth, Rick gets mad that Evil Morty didn't tell him.

Oh damn

The build up to this is actually amazing
I'm mad we didn't get to see more of Jerry Prime.
Same Beth would've been all over him space Beth too i bet
Still hoping we get the soundtrack for this scene soon
