Once again, in my haste I have forgotten the Known Crimes graphic. I only hope Gaia can forgive me. Here are Truth's known crimes: Evading Authorities = 1 Accessory: Grand Theft Auto = 1 Accessory: Theft = 1 Accessory: Trespassing Government Property =1 Conspiracy GTA = 1 Conspiracy: Theft =1 Conspiracy: Trespassing Government Property =1 Drug Distribution =1 Accessory: Theft of Government Property =2 Conspiracy: Theft of Government Property =2 Cultivating Marrijuana =2 Drug Dealing =3 Accessory: Murder =74 Conspiracy murder =74
i remember reading in a "conspiracy" article that Truth's name is Jerry TORENO, which could explain why right after the jetpack and then the alien jizz heist specifically, (which is the exact time when Mike "disappears" until CJ gets back to Los Santos) none ever bothered Truth and CJ in the slightest about these two invasions, because Mike intervened and had waaay to much dirt on the military... Jerry and Mike had a small falling out when Mike went to become a government agent but they never hated each other or anything, they just disagreed over their cause of action. Jerry's being doing nothing but do drugs because its persons karma will fuck them up eventually and Mike's was more a calculated actions guy. That article also mentioned many in-between details, like it was actually Jerry who told Mike that he actually somehow made it out scot-free to San Fierro, when an associate of his saved them both at his field, after narc agents tried to arrest them, a kid that he escorted to a garage in San Fierro, leading Mike to realize that its the same guy who took down Jizzy and Mendez, leading Mike to wanna talk to CJ instead of having him killed for temporary setting back his mission and potentially recruit him as an asset for future missions. Also again it was (indirectly) Jerry's idea for Mike to purchase the airfield, since as Jerry often said, a big open space is more hidden than a small room in a village...weird logic but it worked several times in their lifetime. Mike was also instrumental of keeping not just sweet untouchable in jail but CJ and those around him unharmed as well, when opposing Agents got clearance to kidnap and interrogate him and any nearby associates. Agents who where held in distance due ultra-aggressive threats from Agent Toreno of them interacting in any possible way with Agency asset Carl Johnson will be met with heavy and severe retaliation to them, their families, their friends and all around them, no matter their location on the planet. Mike was also informed in a irrelevant conversation with Jerry Toreno to honor his deal with CJ, due to his helpful nature with those he is familiar with, with their failed responsibilities ( Jerry losing Paul and Macker in the desert) because failing to do so to a nice kid like him, tends to bring overwhelming bad karma. An advice that later Mike followed, tho it's debatable if he just followed that advice or did so due to a paid in full CJ, has the skillset to prove useful in a later date, with another deal.... Also it was Mike who gave CJ's address to Jerry, just so he can pass sometimes to say hi... Obviously a fan made article, trying to patch many of the random crap in the story. People coming and going randomly, somehow knowing stuff they shouldn't or acting like stuff happened we were supposed to know but are nowhere in the game, people saying stuff to never be mentioned again or not to even ever happen in gameplay etc etc... but it would fit quite nice in the lore as background information, that the main character mostly never found out.
That would make sense in how Mike hasn’t punished CJ for doing Truths area 69 mission as well as robbing an alien goo from a military train 🚂 and maybe helping truth out in a problem where the feds are chasing him for sneaking into area 69 and CJ has to wipe out the agents from harming truth.
Truth is a cool character. At first you don’t really mind him. Your assumption about C.R.A.S.H not extorting Truth actually makes sense. It’s kind of crazy how Tenpenny deprived Truth of his home and income, despite how Truth did what he told him to do. I guess because he didn’t have leverage over him, he probably felt that Truth outlived his usefulness, and possibly wanted to recover Carl’s money that was used to pay him. One of the most interesting things about Truth is how he is Toreno’s opposite - Mike is possibly extreme right wing, judging by how he is willing to do anything to protect his country, and the Truth is highly likely left wing, due to his disdain for right wingers. It should be noted that Toreno and Truth use the same phrase once “I’m a man of peace”. Both are more or less heavily involved in the government and drugs trade and have great knowledge of both. They are both knowledgable of conspiracy theories. One interesting contrast is how Truth doesn’t hide who he is and Toreno does initially as undercover, and Toreno wears a suit and Truth wears a hippie outfit. Toreno is calm and mellow and Truth acts impulsively sometimes, and when Toreno does, it is a scare tactic, and Truth doesn’t use said tactics. Also both of their last missions are against the army.
...That actually makes a lot of sense. They are mirrored images of the same person, and they both mentor CJ in a way, forming him as he grows in their respective areas of the state.
RIP Peter Fonda I remembered the day I heard he died. I was playing SA for old time's sake, and I was doing Black Project and Green Goo. Dedicated the playthrough to Peter.
Hey! The Truth knows a lot about those polar bears. Never sleep on his words. But still, this guy is someone you can chill with and helped CJ with a few things and talking about life to have your mind blown.
@@SmashineApparently, the FIB learned that the Truth was behind the theft of the Green Goo and tried to arrest him. CJ then has to bail him out by getting him to safety in time.
Based on the things you can hear the survivalists saying to and about CJ in the harvester mission, the Truth was right about them. Also, CJ is crazy still wearing his colors in hiding.
Awesome episode I've always liked the truth character , very well written and very likable as well. Keep up the good work !! Looking forward to the next installment of GTA geographies ..
What a character! When I played when in first came out I could never understand him yet I was very young when I did! Truth reminded me of a teacher I once had which ironically resembled the teacher Beavis and Butthead had!
I'd like to see one of these done on the fictional band love fist. But, other than a few throwaway lines and poster in San Andreas. we really don't know what happened to them after the events of Vice City.
He will. Not this season, though. This season is strictly for side characters in the 3D era (San Andreas, Vice City, Vice City Stories, GTA 3, Liberty City Stories). Yusuf Amir will be part of the HD era side character season.
Awesome video and truth really all time vanished like a ghost still that still that and on the final game on the story where' s the truth where he is hidding ?

Plus the detours in wfiyh could be him skulking his brothers drug business

O man! Very intersting thoughts about Truth and torreno. They are the same in some weird way.
"I only hope Gaia can forgive us!"
She did, Truth. No worries, she did.
I was not expecting you to create a video on The Truth. Quality work as always Mr. Walker.
RIP Peter Fonda
I remembered the day I heard he died. I was playing SA for old time's sake, and I was doing Black Project and Green Goo. Dedicated the playthrough to Peter.
One of my favorite parts of playing SA is driving to San Fierro for the first time in the Mothership with K-DST blasting on the radio.
I just realized, Dwayne and Jethro's business was probably the Boatyard you buy in GTA VC
Ain't no maybe about it. It is indeed the same two stoners that you buy the boatyard from.
Try 8 ball character who appeared 3 games
Gta liberty city stories
Gta advance
Gta 3
Try brucie kubbitz from gta 4
Try Jacob character in gta 4
Try Gay Tony in gta 4
The Truth delivered some pretty savage roasts if CJ is fat if you try to do his missions in the airfield.
"I'm big boned."

I noticed you're focusing more on the GTA SA characters at the moment. Great episode regardless
San Andreas is the best GTA game
God, I love the work that goes into these, the deadpan humour really adds to it.

I love the Truth. I love everything about him.
I wish they hadn't cut the last Truth mission.
What was it?

Truth and Mike toreno are some of the most interesting characters from San Andreas
Love the Truth. Cool dude
What a character! When I played when in first came out I could never understand him yet I was very young when I did! Truth reminded me of a teacher I once had which ironically resembled the teacher Beavis and Butthead had!
