I’ve just set up my smart Avtex Tv. I am unable to find an app for either All 4 , or My5. Also ITVx will not play live tv. Is there anyway to change this?
Can you add extra apps to the TVs
Yeah we only seem to have TH-cam, none of the others and no way to add
Can the sound bar be mounted under the tv when attached to the wall bracket
Hi. Yes the sound bar can be attached in place of the stand.
Can you connect the tv to a mobile phone hotspot?
Yes absolutely. However bear in mind that you will be restricted by how good your phone signal is. If you have decent data coverage then no problem at all.

I bought AVTEX M219DRS-PRO TV - 21.5" FULL HD LED SCREEN and I can't understand why the picture quality is very poor.
I used to have a samsung tv -monitor 22 inchi and it showed very well.
And when connected via hdmi cable to pc also had very good quality .
But when I bought this new AVTEX M219DRS-PRO TV - 21.5" FULL HD LED SCREEN connected by hdmi to the pc very bad picture and generally bad quality even when watching channels.

The one thing people never complain about is picture quality with the Avtex. If it’s really that poor call Avtex as you get a 3 year warranty and they’ll get it collected and checked for you.

Just bought the W215ts. Pity there isn’t an instruction manual in the box or on the Avtex website. Haven’t a clue how to set this thing up. Thinking of sending it back for a refund unless someone can assist. Haven’t even switched it on in case something goes wrong.
Unfortunately this is the way most manufacturers are going and I don’t like it myself. The manuals are available on the Avtex website or you can contact them and I’m sure they will email you a copy.
Good job you didn’t pay £100’s for a new tv and then comes without an instruction manual, oh no wait, you probably did. Sorry the company are pretty rubbish at looking after their customers. Maybe you could go online, download and then spend even more money trying to print it up at home!!! Come on Avtex, get a flippin grip your tight buggers.
Same here. Can you run the smart to from 4G off the phone
@@jerryglover5435 eventually found a manual, on their website, pure luck. The model number was different but it’s W215. not much good though. We’ve got ours up and running but not completely. I have used 4G hotspot on my iPad, but couldn’t get tv to connect although it identified it. Much yet to do I think.
Bought one today, what an absolute ball ache to set up. Not intuitive in any way. It has now taken. O troll of my Oyster dish. I think I shall just return
