You need:
- 500 g pasta of your choice
- 2 avocado 🥑 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil 🫒
- Small tomatoes 🍅
- Parmesan cheese 🧀
- Chili 🌶️ (if you like)
- Basil (fresh or dried)
- Garlic (if you like)
- 100 g sour cream
- Lemon juice 🍋

Bring the water for the pasta to the boil. Peel the avocado, season with salt and pepper, basil and garlic. We used dried basil and herbs. Add 100 g sour cream. Mix everything together and chop. Add a little lemon juice 🍋 . Add the parmesan.
When the pasta is cooked, add 2 ladles of the pasta water to the avocado cream. Puree until creamy. Drain the pasta. At the same time, chop the tomatoes. Chop a chili pepper too. Taste everything and season if necessary.
