Yes, I received my Spark 2 and was able to use it for a week and a half. Went to use it and couldn’t get it to power on at all. I filled out the form for customer support. It took about a week to hear from them. without doing any troubleshooting on it. It started working. I put in a formal request to send it back for a replacement or a new one. I have sent it back to PG. It’s about a week,I have not heard any word from them.
It helps mute unwanted string noise. So if I strum a note or chord then quickly mute it sometimes the overtones will ring for a short time. That fret wrap eliminates it
would you recommend this or the fender gtx50 ? I'm trying to upgrade from a small 15watt moor hornet I do like the form factor is the app and effects complicated and are the cleans really good vs the fender ?
I haven’t played the fender gtx50 so I can’t speak to how it compare to the Spark 2. I will say that I’ve been enjoying my Spark 2 amp though 😄. Especially the ODS 50 amp
You could probably run the OD pedal before the amp and it'll be fine. Just make sure you're using a clean preset or you disable the virtual OD pedal in the signal chain via the spark app. However, whether or not you like how the amp sounds with your pedals is up to you. I would recommend checking out the return policy before ordering one in case you get it and it ends up not working for you.
Nothing negative to say, good fun practice desktop guitar combo amp, not very great for bass, but just a note they are fibbing on the power rating, the 40 watt is stereo meaning its 20 watts per speaker, guessing the 50 would be the same at 25 watts. just seems why to under power these amps just in mono to get full headroom out of these amps.
I'm returning Spark 2 because it's awful. (my first Positive Grid item purchased) Awful because their support is none existent other than click this. No live chat. No phone number. Bluetooth won't connect no matter what I do. PC won't open their firmware no matter what I do. These problems only relate to Positive Grid. I can run all these things for all my other electronics. Not sure why their phone app can't be hardwired via included USB C cable? DON"T BUY IT! imo

That's a bummer! Doesn't sound like you've had a good experience so far with it. I hope you're able to get a working unit soon!
I received notification of a refund this morning. I may try again at a later time.
Pretty sure you can adjust the click volume for the looper from the app. I’ll know for sure once I get mine 🌹
Thank you! 😄. I hope you enjoy yours!
Sounds good! What’s that by the head stock
Thank you! The black wrap thing? It’s a fret wrap by Gruv gear
@@bjackson4 sweet what does it do!

imagine having a guitar channel and thinking you need to let solid state amps warm up BAHAHAHAHAHA god bless you child
Planning on buying this amp, do you think it could handle a few pedals?
I’m not sure. What kind of pedals are you wanting to use?

super easy to adjust the metronome click, click the slider controls at the bottom right of the loop screen
Thank you! 😄

I agree that it is a fun desktop amp! Thank you for letting me know about the power rating
But the battery and controller don't come with it. $1000 all up for 2 4 inch speakers
I think it’s worth the price I paid. There is a bundle with all of that stuff for around $600 at Sweetwater
Great update except for one thing... the line outs mute the internal speakers like the headphones out! That's a MAJOR FAIL!!
Oh no 😬. That’s a bummer!
App mate
I’ve been using it more 😅

Sorry to hear that it was causing you so much grief!
