Is there any way to stop the blinking tuner knob from blinking? It really annoying to see a blinking button when there's nothing wrong. Can it be turned off somehow in the app?
Great video. I have a question tnough: I have the Spark 2 and I plan on selling my Spark 40. How do copy my amp presets from the Spark 40 to the Spark 2. I have Dropbox and backed up all of presets that I got from the cloud. Then I restored thrmto my Spark 2. However, what didn't get restored were the presets from that the spark 40 Amp. Can you please help?
I just got a 2 today. I think the only way would be to upload your presets to the site and then download? I haven't done any research but been thinking about it all day. I will say, the two drive channels out of the box sound better than the 40's pre's that came with it? I have only played about 2 min so far and came here. lol
I just got mine and updated via Wi-Fi through the app. Once your app is connected to the amp. Click on the picture of the app and next to firmware click update. It will walk you through it. easy peasy
I just got mine today, and I can confidently say it looks and sounds different than Spark 40. The customer service is above and beyond. Keep on rocking Positive Grid 🎸👏🤟
I cannot get the looper to work through the app even though it’s connected to Bluetooth it just says connect then goes to settings and it is connected, factory reset, forgot connection, tired iPad and iPhone, updated,firmware, updated and reloaded app still won’t work very fed up. Everything else is great
I had been using (and loving) my Spark 2 for a few days without issues. Today I cannot get any audio out the speakers, not the guitar nor music through bluetooth. I have turned all knobs to 11 and tried a few things: updated firmware from within the app (ota), update firmware from computer, factory reset from app. I connected my headphones to the 3.5mm jack and get audio that way.
I have the same problem. Got mine delivered today and I can't get any sound out of it at all. It's turned on. Output on guitar is max. All dials on 10. App connected and controls tuned up. Can't get any sound at all.
This isn’t a Spinal Tap amp, the Spark Knobs only go to 10… when you cranked the volume knobs to 11, the volume returned all the way back around to 0… back off a little, Bro😏
My Spark2 has one Speaker defect. I did firmware update and tried factory reset. First there was a flapping sound like something is touching the cone from behind when I play lower tones but then I had my ear on the speaker and it sounds like the left speaker is much lower output then the right side. I put my first spark against it and it’s clear something is wrong with the spark2.
@@zokram2976a line out is supposed to run simultaneously with the speaker out, not cancel it out, a headphone/recording out is supposed to cancel out a speaker

I think I've got the same issue. I also found the sound of spark 40 to be better
I'm also getting a crackling noise from the right speaker when playing lower tones.
