Hi, just made this card. Love it. I just cut another one of the tiny hearts, and attached it with a foam mount, upside down to the back of the middle heart. This gave me an anchor for the back heart. cheers from AU

I don't remember why i said to save in two cut files, maybe if there was a lot of elements, possible matting layers and base card. In canvas save it all as one file first, then open it delete the card base, give it a new name in the box on the top left and when you click the save button it should as you if you want to overnight the project or save it as a new project. choose new project. Then go back to the original file and delete the parts that are not needed in that filed save. that way you will have two files with different elements in them.

Hi, thank you. The only place to buy a SNC in the UK is from Create and Craft TV online. if you go to their website and search for scanncut, the models should show up and you can read the spec on there too. Have fun
Hi, I love this card. I have followed the instructions and when I cut out the welded hearts, the dotted line I put on the bottom heart, actually cuts all the way across. How do I keep it from doing that? The video makes it look like you put the line all the way across., is that right? Please let me know, I really want to make this card. Thanks!

+Linda Jamme Hi, no problem glad you find it all helpful. On my YT channel you just hit subscribe its usually a red box on every video once you subscribe none you are subscribed for all of them. On my blog if you scroll to the bottom of the page you should see a box with a + that says follow, you select that and again you will get updates when i post things on my blog. you may have to give an email for that one i cannot remember. As for SVG's and FCM's basically every electronic cutting machine has it own file format. SNC is FCM but SNC Canvas the online software and now our machines have the ability to read a universal file format of SVG these SVG files can be made in several software programmes that are out and about on the net, so it just gives up more opportunity to use other cutting files.
+michelina acquaviva i haven't provided the cutting file? do you mean you have made it following my video and you are getting the error message, if so that usually means you have something off the mat, zoom right out so you can see around all sides of your mat, there is probably something hiding
Its just because i have some of the addition kits, ie rhinestone and sticker kit. when you buy them you get an activation code to be able to use them and they show up as premium
I just got the embossing kit. When you activate it, you will get 50 premium designs. To activate, go to your Canvasworkspace account and scroll down to enter the activation code.
My friend did a lesson using a die where the die cuts the pattern into the whole sheet and not the outer circle of the die. so the pieces come out but the pattern the pattern remain in the sheet. and is used in the centre of the card folded in the middle. She has now asked me to do something the same but I have not idea. I really appreciate your quick response but thought maybe you have done something similar in scan and cut that I can try. Hi I tell you in the video that to weld the hearts you only have to select them and not the dashed line. if your line is disappearing that means you have it selected, when welding. make sure the dashed line is on top of the heart, then only select the heart and the other one and weld them together, the dashed line will remain.
Thanks I had finally got them to work with a work around funny thing on the small heart when I cut it out it had gotten mixed up somehow and what I ended up with was dash outline all around the hearts the normal dash line was there but I got a cut across between the 2 hearts ... lol ... I went back and edited it and corrected it in canvas and re sent it to my machine ... lol ... Ewe Learn from Your Mistakes they say ... thanks for the info I will keep it in mind for the future ... lol ...

I love this card but have problems downloading, it says some shapes extend beyond cutting area ErrS02 please could you advice thanks

Yes it can be done using either the subtract or divide options, I am sure I've covered this it will be in the SNC Canvas playlist on my channel
