the definition of "baked"

got my work cut out for me with this one.
Claimed to power on and work perfectly. Yeah. I think I will be cleaning it first before I try that.

Looks like it came out of a mechanic's shop or garage or some place with bay doors that were open most of the summer.

New update: It actually works, the burn-in is not THAT bad under good lighting conditions, and the tube is actually quite strong (having only been set at 30% brightness and contrast when I turned it on). I set them both to 50% and the screen is easily readable even under the bright lights in the lab. However, after leaving it on for 1 hour, the horizontal is becoming increasingly unstable and twitching. I'm worried that it could go out at any moment... It could be the flyback or even the yoke (i hope not) but I'm suspecting bad electrolytics. This thing was made in the 2001ish era AND uses CapXon and Taicon caps. They look alright, but yeah. Put two and two together...
