    I have done 2 sessions of emotional code...next time we will do the heart wall session. What if I slowly remove my heart wall ...and give unconditional lkve like I should...but my other half who is not doing this work can not accept it because of his heart wall? He is interested, so I hope he will do it in the future.

    Thank you! Tangently, I'm not really good with muscle testing yet, but I was desperate with my dog barfing every car ride. I used it on him and we just rode to the vet and he didn't throw up to or from. I'm still shaking my head. Did that really happen?

      It’s nothing but testimony! I’m looking for HOW TO! Just tell me HOW TO RELEASE THE DAMG EMOTIONS instead of all the fluff! I still haven’t found that yet 😭😭😭😭

    Eating is a comfort, plain and simple. Eating comforting foods, which are oftentimes the worst foods for you, is an immediate salve to raging emotions. It's not the amount of weight one is carrying as much as it is the incorrect soothing technique. Most of the time we learn food as a soothing technique early on in childhood. We are rewarded with sweets or take out and end up associating comfort and pleasure with eating. We need to become self aware and find adequate healthy substitutes for this learned lifestyle habit. Fixing the root of the problem is oftentimes very challenging and multi layered. I agree that fixing the emotional cause is best but it's not easy. Learning to better manage these emotions with better improving techniques, is more realistic.
