Absolute nightmare UPGRADING - buyer beware, this is the 5th time trying and each time FAIL tool is useless
Just an useful information. My laptop wasn't recognizing the scanner and it is very important to use the original cable that comes with the scanner. I was using my cellular cable and that was the reason that wasn't recognizing the scanner.
why don't you make a clear procedure for every model you sell instead of the mixing all your different model into this confusing mixture of procedure, we need a clear way to do this ,KISS IS THE BETTER WAY

I am trying to just get my I980 to work. I left it connected to the OBII port for several days and now the system is corrupt. To make matters worse I can not find the register code. I know it is in the scanner but I can not get the scanner to display it. I also lost the box that had it on it. Is it Trash or is there some way to recover it???

I get an error Serial port initialisation fails Remove the usb and insert it again. Despite doing this it still fails any ideas thanks

On Icarsoft site for the updates I can see the CR plus but i can't find the CR Pro any help?
