आज इस वीडियो में डॉ. Supriya Puranik, प्रेगनेंसी conceive करने केलिए मासिक चक्र के कोनसे दिन में हमे सम्बन्ध रखना है और वो दिन हम कैसे पता करे ? (How to calculate fertile days?) इस बारेमें बताने वाली है। वीडियो में डॉ. एक उदाहरण के सहायता से इस Fertile period को समझा रही है और fertile days कैसे calculate करना है (how to calculate ovulation period for pregnancy) वह भी समझाती है।
Ovulation Period for pregnancy
हर मासिक चक्र में तीन से चार दिन ऐसे रहते है जिसमे आप सम्बन्ध बनाये तो आप coceive हो सकते हो लेकिन दो मेसे एक couple गलती करते है और गलत टाइम पे try करते है। हर स्त्री के menstrual cycle यनेकी मासिक चक्र की लम्बाई अलग अलग होती है। लेकिन जब मासिक चक्र की लम्बाई निश्चित होती है। तब हमे fertile period यनेके जिन दिनों में ovulation होनेवाला है यह पता करने में दिख्खत नहीं होती। लेकिन मासिक चक्र अनियमित रहेगा तो ये fertile days निकालने में दिख्खत हो जाती है। क्योकि हमारी आनेवाली जो period होती है उसे 12-14 दिन पहले अपना ovulation हो जाता है। Ovulation के बाद का जो period होता है जिसको luteal phase कहा जाता है वह 12-14 दिन का निश्चित रहता है। लेकिन Ovulation के पहले का period हर एक व्यक्ति में अलग अलग रहता है।
उसके साथ ही पुरुषोंके शुक्राणु, स्त्री के शरीर में 3-4 दिन तक जिंदा रहते है। इसीलिए Ovulation से 3-4 दिन पहले fertile days रहते है और इनमे जब संबंध बनाये तो conceive होने की संभावनाएं अच्छी रहती है।
How to calculate fertile days? (Ovulation Calculator)
वीडियो में डॉ. एक उदाहरण के सहायता से इस Fertile period को समझा रही है और fertile days कैसे calculate करना है वह भी समझाती है।
जब हमारा Ovulation हो जाता है उसके बाद 18 से 24 घंटे ही ज़िंदा रहता है यनेकी ovulation होने के बाद एक दिन तक वह ज़िंदा रहता है और उसे हम fertile period में मानते है। लेकिन शुक्राणु स्त्री के शरीर में 3-4 दिन तक ज़िंदा रहते है। तो ovaulation से तीन दिन पहले संबंद हुआ होगा तो उससे fertile period माना जाता है। इसीलिए हर एक लड़की का fertile period अलग रहता है जो ovulation से तीन दिन पहले और एक दिन बाद रहता है और सबमें अलग अलग रहता है और वह आने वाले period से 14 दिन के Ovualtion period से जुड़ा रहता है।
लेकिन अगर आपकी मासिक चक्र / period की लंबाई निश्चित रहेगी तो ही यह calculation सही रहेगा। ऐसे देखा गया है की लगभग 47 %लड़कियों में period cycle 7 दिन से आगे पीछे होता है तो इनमे fertile period निकलना थोड़ा मुश्किल हो जाता है तो इन cases में डॉक्टर Ovulation monitoring के सलाह देते है।
Ovulation Monitoring के लिए दो options रहते है
१. Follicular Study
यह sonography के माध्यम से होती है और इसके लिए बार बार हॉस्पिटल में जाना पड़ता है।
२. Digital Ovualtion Kit
इसके माध्यम से आप घर बैठे ही ovulation study करवा सकते है ताकि आप जान सको की ovulation कब होने वाला है। यह kit दो तरीके के hormones को detect करता है जैसे की estrogen और LH जिसे हमे ovulation period का पता चलता है।

Hello mam, I had my menses on 6th sept then 6th Oct. (Means total 30days)
But after that it was on 1st Nov.(total 26days). I planned for pregnancy last month (Nov.) In the month of December on 3rd when I was about to check preganancy with the help of kit, menses arrived. (Cycle length was 32days). What should I do? How will I calculate, my period length? When should I try in this month for pregnancy? Please help
