Big Boss without the robot arm is what I wanted this whole time. Raiden with his sword and being able to use ♾ bandanna. N-13 Solid Snake boss fight. So much potential for this game and we’ll never get it.
I like to imagine Ocelot put a small unit together to curate the greatest hits for Snake’s iDroid. I want to hear Ocelot expo dump The Jackson 5 and explain why the full Thriller video is on there.
you can get her back, buddy! just replay the mission where you fight her six times. on the seventh time, the mission description will change from „replay“ to „reunion“, and the she‘ll join you once more. there are tutorials for this. I did it, too :)
Well, on PC there are some mods to get more gameplay out of the game, and even tools to create your own Side-Ops (a bit limited but people have created some really fun ones). MGSV is really fun, a shame the only game to ever use this gameplay framework again was MGS Survive (which is not as terrible as people say, but the game is not really the same kind of stealth).

I've been repaying this game lately as well. It's still great, although I must say reflex mode kind of breaks the game. I like playing with it turned off.

I started playing this game about a week ago (having beat all the other MGS titles years ago) and Ive been really enjoying it, but damn I really miss that classic David Hayter voice , I also miss Snake just talking alot more all around.

Man, I'm making my way through the MG games right now. And i was most likely gonna leave this one off for various reasons. This video is making me seriously reconsider.
This game doesn't feel like it's in the 80's. Too much high technology like that holographic PDA that snake uses for the menus and map. And the Metal Gear mech in this game is more advanced than the actual first Metal Gear mech that was in the original Metal Gear. (and the original Metal Gear for the MSX2 took place in the "future" of 1997, but the game was made in the 80's.) The only thing in this game that gives it any kind of 80's aesthetic is some of the songs.

I beat the entire game on S rank with all mission tasks completed and all side missions completed over the course of a few weeks but I didn’t get the conservationist achievement cause I’m not getting all those animals…

This "mods" are so good ... Bigger camara that doesn't simulate players view, naked snake, thermal googles instead of night vision... Very interesting

@@evedeoz2124 You need to delete all previous save files directly from yiur hard drive (on PS4). There is no ingame option to start a new game.

At the beginning, you needed a mod, but now it's official.
You do know quiet does stay with you throughout the whole game even after the last mission if you know what you're doing

Farm the child soldier rescue mission and FOB missions, I went from the final demon stage into basically angelhood like it was nothing.
