This song reminds me of only one thing.The hope dimming down,when you try so hard to achive something and yet you aren't going to get it no matter what,that feeling of emptiness after the realization of how you aren't ever going to succeed and that you fought for nothing,it was all meaningless.Truly a masterpiece!

That's exactly how i feel, every time i listen to this song and my life passes through those notes and ending up with the same result; it was never meant to be and it's like a useless war i fought.. but at the end just collecting what remains, what shattered and keep moving. To me this is humanity's struggle, its fight to be more than it could ever be but keeps holding itself back at times. Not sure whether it can get there or if it'll never change, no matter what happens life and time will go on.
