I've been with Avida for 8 years and I always tell my client ,specially the aggresive one, the pointers to look at when investing to the property. As a Broker I don't over hyped the presentation na parang binubudol mo na sila. And you are right sir Randell, waiting game ang real estate. Flip may or may not happen so you have to plan your exit plan well.

I really like to watch this but it's a difficult one to watch because the thoughts of the guest kept getting interrupted by the host. It would really be nice if the guest could speak uninterrupted once a question is asked.
I'm sorry and perhaps the host could just make a separate solo video of him talking about his knowledge as I'm sure he knows a lot about Real Estate too.
