It's too mundane looking. In my opinion too conservative for the asking price, not bold enough. I appreciate the tech inside, but it also needs to look good. This car simply doesn't or it looks good for year 2005. I so wanted it to be a complete package, but at this time C class is a better option for me.

i can't stand LCD tachometer. enough with the technology computer in the vehicle. we don't need all this computer stuff in cars. i see enough idiots driving without paying attention to actually driving. the tachometer is like a fine watch. LCD is like a glorified digital timex. aston martin makes the most beautiful tachometer i have seen. followed by lexus ls400

Nope, it only functions when it detects the key fob near the rear.
The key fob must be near the Trunk just below 2 feet away.

Exactly ! Dear manufacturers , being able to so something doesn't mean you should.
Some of us like it, I'm all for having my maps and speed in one place so I don't have to look side to side.
You just have to look at the tachometer to look at the map and the tachometer. No need to turn right or left which results in distraction.
