Tres belle performances pour Sharon Gless et Tyne Daly. Les minettes vous êtes super. Vous jouez trop bien vos rôles. Bisous à toi ma Chris. FloFlo 💙💙🦋🦋💙💙🦋🦋💙💙🦋🦋💙💙🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🍒💋❤
The moment when Cagney knew Lacey was planning on staking out the apartment... Daly's innocent act was perfect. Always nakes me chuckle thru the teariness...
Harvey in general was a terrific guy and husband on the show. But the way he tried to prevent MB from going to Christine there was not very nice nor was it caring. Good that MB never listened to him.
Well to be fair, he had no idea what had happened, and Christine had a habit of calling at all hours for years about a hunch on a case. But I loved how quickly and firmly Mary Beth saddled up to help. That she could tell it was serious, reading Christine.

That was standard for New York apartments in the 80s. My friends who lived in Manhattan had for deadbolts on their door. Crime was really really really really bad.
I watched this episode when I was a kid, maybe 7 or 8, and enjoyed it. TV in the 80s didn't shy away from these controversial topics unlike today where people want to put their heads into the sand.
What planet are you on? What do you mean people don't talk about these topics? Where have you been? The me-too movement does nothing but talk about rape and sexual harassment. Opioid addiction is finally discussed in an adult and sensible manner. Really, I have to say this is probably the most bizarre comment I've ever seen on TH-cam and that is saying a lot.
This is the reason the Best Actress Emmy went to no one except Tyne or Sharon for six consecutive years in the '80s.
Damn those women could act. Of course Sharon was brilliant as she carried the load, but Tyne’s reactions are equally as brilliant.

Thank you so so much! That was quick! :) I seriously love this show now!!
I’m so sorry Tyne Daly couldn’t be in Doubt on Broadway.
Praying for her recovery.
Brilliant. Acting by Sharon and Tyne
These two can really act I loved these ladies and i loved the show
Great episode and the follow up one with the trial was too.
Sharon hätte den Emmy award verdient. Sie spielte so sensibel und doch auch sehr intensiv
I loved these two. Seemed like a case for Olivia Benson and the SVU team.
Did the have SVU team's in. The 80's, or is that I relatively new concept?
Freda F
I think they had a SVU unit but it was called sex crimes back then.
