I have multiple fibroids, increased womb lining and a polyp. I have been on HRT for 8 months. Last time I was on HRT it nearly killed me due to the clotting risk as I had a massive pulmonary embolism. I m not convinced it is a solution for women who don’t care about being in an office or high pressure macho environment. I work with children who are easy. They need time and prefer slower. I have stopped red meat, chicken, coffee, cheese, and alcohol. Even after 4 days I feel calmer and not so driven. I don’t care so much about what I achieve. Life is more precious than anything. You don’t have to do anything drastic. Wild yam is probably the most important fastest way to dissolve them. Look up a woman’s story how wild yam dissolved her soft ball size fibroid in just 4 months! Also here take taurine, Serrapeptaise, nattokinaise. Those are the top ones that work very fast and literally they attack and destroy fibroids fast. Here are more that have Benita and destroy them also reducing inflammation but you don’t have to take it if you’re taking those top 4, I am because I want to rid them faster and support my body in as many ways as I can: turmeric, quercitine, bromalain, milk thistle, iodine, selenium, magnesium. Also look up a video how to make bromalain from pineapple skin.
Diet is important but those supplements will be the most powerful.
Diet, most important to remember is that sugar and insulin feed the fibroids so you want to reduce or eliminate as much as you can.
The more keto you go the better. Grass fed or organic meat, fish, shrimp, oysters, some eggs, reduce your dairy if you can, but a small amount of dairy is okay, butter, extra virgins olive oil and lots of coconut oil. Collagen to strengthen uterus and fight inflammation. You can do things like chia seeds for omega 3 and fiber, it will help make you feel satiated when doing this low carb diet, also consider avocado a few times per week. You can add vegetables to your diet too like broccoli, sprouts, tomatoes, mushrooms, black garlic, fresh garlic etc. and moringa green juices, mushroom blends and bee pollen to make sure you get all of your b vitamins and important antioxidants.
If you don’t like meat or prefer a more vegetarian diet. Stick to crucified veggies, mushrooms, onions, fresh greens spinach and add things I mentioned above like the chia seeds, olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, coconut milk, super mushroom blend, etc.
The above supplements and diet will get rid of it very fast.

Yes I'm cutting out sugar...you know what i also figured out by myself. When women do dextox flushes ur throwing off ur PH level down there. I am so lost on these diets. Like how much sugar were these women consuming before? Are they crushing pizza and cereal everyday? How much meat? I have fibroids now for the first time in my life. Had an ablation, didn’t work, taking birth control, and that isn’t working. Hysterectomy has been the only recommendation and I’ve had to fight the medical system on that. Am seeking uterine embolization. I am very active and don’t have a wild sugary diet, so that can’t be the entire picture.

@@KimBlaQue Wow! I had considered the myomectomy, but one doctor was completely against it. I have really needed to be a bulldog about not getting a hysterectomy. These doctors just start wanting to rip out organs and that can’t be the ONLY solution. My wife had a full hysterectomy which basically put an end to our sex life. She also survived breast cancer. There is no way in hell I’m putting the final nail in the coffin.
@@mariamgorjian I had to demand an ultrasound and MRI just so the doctor would diagnose me fibroids. I kept complaining about pain and bloating, and I was told that nothing was wrong. I will always advocate for myself as a patient. Most of these doctors just see you as a number. After my second myomectomy, I considered a hysterectomy, but was advised against it. I wish I had known about UFE sooner!
@@KimBlaQue Right?! I just had my 3rd and final doctors opinion and am deciding on the hysterectomy. This last doctor did tell me that in order to be a candidate for the UFE, that you had to meet certain criteria. Quite frankly, I am done with it and just want to move on at this point. If I had opted to go throw the UFE process, I am almost looking at the same amount of time in dealing with scheduling all the procedures, then surgery, then recovery. I am just going to get the partial hysterectomy and be done so we can move on with our lives. I’ve heard that most women don’t lose their sex drive when they do the partial, so I have hope.

Fortunately by God's grace, I've a son by normal delivery and even then I vaguely remember the Dr told me as I've fibroids, like.
Plus all through actually, I never had any bit of complications or iota symptoms due to the fibroids. So why should I get it removed? But the problem is it's keep growing despite my right year menopause ofcourse without any such issues. Just like that it stopped even I've my napkins in stock as it stopped suddenly and cooly. Kly can anyone who knows can give their experience of getting it shrink, pls. It'll be tooooooooo goooooood for me, plsssssssss....
We have cases where fibroids have shrunk. Worth trying before surgery. It does take some time though.

Lesson I just learnt from your video...excellent way to shrink Fibroid is avoid some major types of animals proteins like chicken, egg, red meat, ice cream, sugar and other refined foods too and the like, eat plant protein such as plain yogurt instead and lots of vegetables and fruits and take life easy.
