That does look like a great design. Not just the receiver that doubles as a charger, but the safety track recording in single mic mode. Sadly, I already bought the Hollyland Lark M2 on your recommendation. Just kidding. The Lark is great and I think I will stick with it.

If u do jobs for someone u need backup recoring on the unit itself , mabi gen 2
I tend to agree, however I do have dual SD recording so I always have a backup
