Nice job on replacing the parts on the vic looks Great Im replacing the driver side fender due to accident as well which bolts you install first the top or the bottom my fender is kind of sticking out at bottom driver's door
I tightened fender back to front use the top and bottom to align fender to door

The crown vic you got header panel from , was the rear bumper still intact????
