  • This is my best warbird maiden to date! The flightline OV-10 Bronco is one big sweetheart to fly! She is not super fast so don't expect a rocket ship! The maiden is my best warbird maiden due to the Flighlines OV-10 Bronco's smart design and performance. The Bronco however can be cumbersome to store due to its size and shape. The Bronco can be stored on its nose if you remove the front antenna. Also the size and price of $399 makes the Flightline OV-10 bronco a little intimidating!
    Well let me just say, she flies as good as she looks!
    Well I have had many warbirds over the years but this is one is the easiest flying most stable one yet!
    Here is the planes specs and a purchase link,(FYI I paid the $399 just like you do):

    Thanks for watching and staying up to date with Fat Guy Flies RC!

      A lot of people are doing that, but I prefer this one to fly more scale.

    Wire the batteries in parallel so you share them both. You can loose a pack and still fly.

    That's why I set flight modes , so I can adjust flap Elevator mix while flying instead of guessing on the ground

      Yeah I will learn how to do that. I am sure it involves the roller.

    Very nice maiden flight Greg!
    Noticed one of the props started spinning half a second later than the other one. 10:14 Seems like the right motor starts first. Maybe you could calibrate the ESC so they start spinning simultaneously. Asymmetrical RPM on a twin or a quad-motor electric RC plane could result in a desynchronization between the motor and the ESC (you may lose power on that motor). Freewing models always require this step.

    • @FatGuyFliesRC
      @FatGuyFliesRC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Could be I will check that out again but I did calibrate them.

    Being a Marine (USMC 1962-66) and a Vietnam Vet I'd love to have and fly this Bronco but between the cost of the plane and the batteries and the size of the plane I have to pass. I'd love to see one no bigger than 1200mm.

    Greg, nice flights on this bird! How is the build and Quality of these flightline compared to E-flight? It seems to me that they have better landing gear system. Am I right about that? Let me know my friend! 👏👏👍😃

    For the money, seems like a pretty good plane with lots of scale features. One question, FGFRC, is the canopy clear enough for FPV use? Thanks bud!
