    So good that you actually show the video images you obtained and indicate how far away you are. Thanks for sharing!

    Well done…the tip on touching the phone picture until the yellow box appeared and then holding for a few seconds and “locking in” the focus area for the picture solves most problems I was having to get the phone to focus on the right subject

      Thanks man. It’s fun and frustrating trying to get everything just right but worth it when the videos or pictures come out better.

    If u haven't got a Bluetooth button to take the shot set the camera timer for 5 seconds, that gives it chance to stop wobbling.

      Good point Robert, that’s always an option too. Thanks for watching!

    Good video. Can you give me the specifics on your tripod? I need to get one and yours looks good to me.
    I ordered a Swarovski 95 mm atx like yours. Thanks!

      Thanks for watching. That one was an older Manfrotto 190. It’s well built but kind of heave for carrying for hunting. I’m kind of cheap so I just deal with it. If I had it to do again or had to get a new one I’d get the XL version so I can stand up to glass easier. The head I use is the Manfrotto 128 RC2 pan tilt head. I’ve had several and really like them. Good luck and let me know what you end up with.

    Will 2X optical zoom with smart phone mated with 50X spotting scope = 100X optical zoom?

      I don’t have a good answer for you on that. Sorry.

    Why is my image on screen just a round hole that does not fill screen area?

    • @aaronkelley7448
      @aaronkelley7448  ปีที่แล้ว

      Use the zoom on your phone to zoom in a little until the image fills the screen. Or use the optical zoom on the scope. One of those should fix that issue. Good luck!

    • @aaronkelley7448
      @aaronkelley7448  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not sure what your next step would be since you’ve tried what the manual says. Why do you want to remove the eyecup?

      @@aaronkelley7448 to put on the adapter that came with the spotting scope to attach a canon t ring for using my canon 80d for digiscoping. I finally got it off easily by letting it sit in the warm sun for the day per an Amazon answer.

    this is dumbest thing i have seen.
    im sorry but it's waste of money.
    noone wants to photograph without Autofocus,Stabilisation,Touch screen.etc
    and wth is it's f-stop?seems to me that light have to travel a lot in these binoculars.
    It's just so unpracticalt.
    Who ever is lookin for cheap starter kit,there's way beter ways to do it.
    yes they're compact cameras but useing em you will find out cons and pros between dslr's and phones.

      Thanks for watching Sandler. The system definitely has it’s drawbacks but it actually works quite well considering. I’m primarily a hunter and weight is a concern so this is something that allows me to capture the hunt and also other cool things I see while out. Granted it’s definitely not studio quality, but it works for me and is an inexpensive lightweight system that works for me and thousands of others. Thanks for your opinion but I respectful I disagree.

      @@aaronkelley7448 for hunters only it may work out.cause you alredy have binocular.

      @@aaronkelley7448 Not sure what he was on about, but I digiscope with my device using a literal monoscope and using similar methods, works just fine for me with a bit of tweaking to counter any fringing or chromatic aberration.
      Great video! :)
