To be honest, you probably will like the new FL5 Type R. It has Miata tendencies, great driving dynamics, but is a "real" car. Doesn't beat you up, quick enough, and you can legitimately use it. I've had four ND's, and the FL5 really surprised me.
What is the story with having 4 ND's? Been thinking of getting one.
@@Swarm509 I bought one years ago, fell in love, sold it for others, only to come back. Second one I owned was an 18 that I went the turbo route with.
The last two I owned, I bought two at the same time. One was a clean 2019, one was a beat up 2016 track/parts car. I moved all the parts from the 16 to the 19, and it was my cleanest one.
There’s no comparison to a Miata in its class and price point…you have to look at BMW and Porsche for over-engineered goodness. It will find a new home and you will eventually find your way back.😉
how much you selling it for?
Since filming this video I've already returned the car to near stock, but the car itself I'm going to list for $15k and the wheels, roll bar, and seats are all still available as well.

@@nathanielromensky hardtop isn't included. I put the soft top back in the car, but I can get another hard top made. Located in Southern California, 57k miles

I was planning on it, but unfortunately no. Shortly after filming for this video I had a couple of major things happen in my personal life that made me need to change plans. For the time being I won't have a sports car and I'll be putting all my concentration into the Datsun.

@thoseracingguys kinda weird your channel isn't called CB3 fabrication. Kinda weird it's a different name and you don't disclose that information in any of your videos. Kinda disingenuous.
@@16BitOG Not really, our channel is made up of 2 people with 2 separate businesses, CB3 Fabrication and JLin Media. Never once have either of us tried to misconstrue it as being uninvolved third parties. Both of our business links are in the description of every video. Those Racing Guys is our collective "brand" as it were. We set out to create content to share projects, become better creators, and grow our brands.
perhaps you should drive a mk1 160hp elise to re appreciate the miata that is so much more fun
