Ive mostly mixed house due to trance not being popular where I live. But I would love to mix more trance! Do you have any tips for mixing this genre that would come in handy?
Not really just smooth transitions with bass swaps but of course depends on yoyr mixing style. Thats just what i do

you got master tempo on both nexus decks yea , pitch on 0% on both also indicates your beat syncing to me?
now if you can do this without all that I'll give you respect, they are nexus nx2 latest you have a pitch so use it

You just need to do extra work. I make big playlist play every tracks 30-50seconds upload as unlisted and check what tracks get blocked and dont use those. Theres no special way to upload any track you want

DJFITME I do not see you looking for the first beat, it's already marked the cue in place and you just press play at the right time
Tacio Oliveira its easy with nxs2 as you can see how many bars to point where you want. Also when you know tracks you know phrases. Of course i have hot cues to jump... everyone uses hot cues to make mix faster and skip parts of the tracks
