- hey! so a lot of you guys requested jimmy and i do another video together so we thought i would be fun to do a relationship advice q&a! we’ve been together for 7 years and so we thought we have enough experience to give some advice! we got a lot of questions so we tried to answer them all but we only got to 4 or 5 and the video started getting really long lol! but we can definitely do this again if y’all found it helpful!

I'm currently in my first relationship, so I don't know a whole lot about what to do or how to maintain it. But I found this video suuuper helpful, and it gave me a lot of things to think about and work on. Plus you guys are so cute together and I'm loving your makeup/outfit/hair look Hana! ❤️

I've been with my bf for almost 3 years now: the first 2 years we spent living together but for the past 8 months we've been doing long distance. I think he's finally realized how much he's taken our time living together for granted so tbh I'm grateful we're spending time apart lool. I definitely think taking some time from each other is essential if you're usually together all the time, because it makes you value your time with your s/o so much more when you do get to see each other.

It may sound horrible but the best way for me and my boyfriend to not take each other granted is honestly looking at the rest of our friends and their relationship ships. We watch our friends as they hop from relationship to another relationship, and all their drama and we look at ourselves and how much we are not like that. We look at how easy it is for us to stay happy and we know a lot of other people don’t have that type of relationship. Makes me feel so fortunate to have someone who is always on my side. Also, respect is key. We NEVER raise our voices at each other. We joke and call each other assholes but we never fight and yell. When we aren’t happy without something the other person did, we vocalize it and fix it! Another part of respect is loyalty. I trust him not to talk and flirt with girls in a malicious way and he trust me not to talk to guys and flirt etc. we don’t hide our phones from each other. Trust and respect is so important.

aw to be honest this was such sound advice!! Before I watched this, when I thought of love I always pictured the cheesy rom com moments even though I knew they weren't realistic. Your relationship though is so healthy and your advice was so full of wisdom! I've never been in a relationship but I feel this video helped me learn a lot that will hopefully help me in the future! Me and my boyfriend are now way past the honeymoon phase, but I'm finding myself loving this way more because we've learned so much.. especially how communicate a lot better instead of making the mistake of making assumptions..
