Congrats fam! It's great that you're the first to open one in that barangay. And glad to see more development in your neighborhood. It's always exciting to see progress.
Preston, employee of the month, day or hour or OJT status? Danielle, lead supervisor for Preston! Congratulations on your new business adventure. Looks like you guys researched the need and found your niche as a vital community resource.
This is the oldest and the first ,I think, subdivision in Iloilo. It’s a small community, the type where everybody knows everyone. In this subdivision there are some lots that were selling for P8k/sqm from what I’ve heard if it’s for sale.
There doing good its just one of them have some allergy and he is doing better. We only give them filtered water or purified water which we have available on tap in our house.
Hello po. Kung dual citizenship po. Paano po mag file taxes sa US? Do I need to go back yearly to file taxes or pwede online? If is possible to make a video po. Balak ko uwi na nang PH pero I want to work or also have a business as well. Dual po ako.
It depends on what type of tax, if itemized or just simple. Both you can do online as long as you have access to your w2 and 1099 (if applicable). Or you can have someone like H&R Block file it and just do electronic signature.
@@famfromthebayI thought you only have to pay taxes if you’re residing in the U.S. but if you’re residing in the Philippines and working there or have a business in there, then you only have to pay PH taxes?
Hi there. I’m really interested in opening a water refilling station at my wife’s hometown in Pandan Catanduanes. What is the difference with your preferred water refilling machine from the more expensive ones advertised by companies like WaterMax. Why did you choose a smaller setup. My friend who has a bigger machine that produces alkaline water says that’s the way to go. What is your opinion on this? Loyal subscriber. Cheers mate!
We kept it simple and straight forward, just the necessity which is clean and safe drinking water for our customers and our community. We don’t have much of a market for alkaline water (I personally don’t really like alkaline water). We chose our system based on the community we serve, we are not on the main road, we are located inside a subdivision so we don’t need an elaborate system. Maybe in the future we will be expanding based on our customer’s demand. With our business we are focused on just 3 things: 1. Good quality and safe water thru scheduled maintenance including timely filter replacement (no shortcuts). 2. Making it convenient for our community that we grew up in to access good quality water. 3. For our neighbors deep inside the barangay to make a little income by sub dealing and for these tricycle drivers to make a little extra by delivering to people that contracts them for water. Hope this helps, water business can be a low capital business and quick return on investment, because water is a necessity.
Thank you for your genuine and helpful advice on this matter. My wife and I are seriously considering opening qup a simple yet quality water filtration business in the near future. TTks once again. We’ll keep watching. Tks mate!
I remember about 8 months or so ago, you guys were talking about some business options you were going to pull the trigger on. I'm so glad it's coming together. We're now looking at the ilolo City area but still have some homework to do. We're probably heading that way around december.

let us know if you guys have question about Iloilo.
@@famfromthebay thank you
What was the cost? To set this water station up.
Just for the filtration system alone it starts at about P300k which is not bad because your return on investment could be as quick as 1yr or less.
Wow! That’s great! Congratulations!
Get it! Happy for you guys! We came from Antioch to Baguio. Following in your footsteps.
Gotta visit Baguio. It’s been a minute since we’ve visited.
congrats toto!
