Property in Sara, Iloilo Was Not as Surveyed | Unplanned Farm Visit | Fam Vlog

One of the most important thing you need to do when buying a property in the Philippines is survey the land, We did that with our residential lot even when there were markers just to make sure. In this case it was surveyed but the people who built the fence way back did not follow the property line because it was too thick and deep in the bamboo "forest". Finally had the resources to correct the mistake and the property looks bigger than we thought.

Really not sure myself where the property is exactly located, I think near Brgy Gildore. It’s about 2 hectares, my mother in law inherited it.
