Very informative video. Especially with the no pivot on the lead foot when throwing the lead hook. Thanks a lot coach. From a beginner all the way from New Zealand 🇳🇿

Seeing and dodging is very difficult for me. he threw a jab at me, then suddenly moved and threw a one-two at me. There was also when I unknowingly catched one-two with my hand and i hit a counter jab. 😎
Thanks coach Charles. I just have one question please. The question is one of the coaches prefer to parry the punches from right to left or from left to right, instead of parrying it from upwards to downwards… is there any difference?
Coach u r my best teacher en am trying to follow all ur vedeos so that i can improve on my boxing
Keep it up

The main things is you control the hand and enable opportunities for you to counter, but either is ok!
