- Today we ask Spirit about the Supreme Court's upcoming ruling on Presidential Immunity. How will the Supreme Court rule, will President Biden enjoy new-found immunity?
This is part 1 of 2 because Gary (me) didn't fully appreciate the difference between a "Pause" button vs a "Stop" button. And both Gary and David are too damn lazy to figure out how to edit these darn videos.... lol

This SC is a total disgrace. Something must be done to hold them to account going forward. The SC justices are not kings either. I am disgusted with them. The court needs to be expanded and negate the influence of these corrupt judges.

Next year remove the MAGA Scotus, replace them and ask the new SCOTUS to review ALL cases involving Trump. As in Immunity, Colorado Ballott removal. Then review the Roe V Wade where they say it was wrong
Biden said he's going to reverse the Roe V Wade ruling anyway.
Actually they need to review ALL rulings from this chief Justice's court since he was put in place, starting with Citizens United, the Voting Rights Act reversal, et al. He started at the same time Clarence said he wasn't making enough money.
Judge Chutkin has said she will cancel her holiday if she must. I would love to see Trumps J6 Trial go ahead, finish in time for the Jury to say GUILTY a week before the election

Justice Kavanaugh said they would be writing an opinion for the ages. It goes without saying that such a monumental task as writing an opinion for the ages will take time; a long, long time. The smart play for the conservative justices would be to wait until after the November election to issue their ruling so that they can craft it on the results. If Biden wins presidents don’t get immunity. If Trump wins, presidents get immunity.
No time to snark, cooking. But…. full length black with sleeves and not a hint of pearls, metallic bags or contrast belt? Hubby is having conniptions, but not time to judge…… The Dem judges have been too silent, it speaks volumes.

Chutkan has the linguistic skills to address the inordinate length of the delay and attibute that to a reduced timeline from decision to implementation. Best left til after the decision comes down - the SCOTUS slow roll is annoying and certainly transparent - paying back the favors to the Federalist Foundation and Heritage Society. Groomed for doom.

Why would those supreme Court justices are not aware of the disasters they’re doing to the US justice system. It’s so painful to watch. Where are we heading as a country. I can’t help but lay some if not most of the blame on Trump. This doesn’t excuse these Judges. There had to have larceny in their hearts to not only accept what has happened but now they are a part of it! I have faith that good will prevail over pure evil 😈.

Glen Kirshner's prediction was that they are going to send it back to Judge Chutkin for further hearings and then she would have to return it back to the Supreme Court. ie. delay delay delay, effectively granting immunity. The card reading seems to agree.

My dermatologist once called me “the poster child for skin cancer.” I was asking for his blessing to use a tanning machine at the time. I’m blonde, blue-eyed, and very pale. They started removing cancerous moles from my skin at age 16. I tried hard to get tans through my early 30s, but no more now.
I figured you guys went gray early because maybe you were redheads, but your tan belies that assumption.

FYI: I filed a Complaint - along with many other complainants - at 11th Cir. re: Judge Cannon's rulings, conflicts etc. The 11th Cir. responded with an Order dated June 17, 2024, signed by William H. Pryor Jr., Chief Judge. The Order responded to six concerns that complainants most frequently raised. Most criticisms of Judge Cannon was rejected as the "claim is based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence..."
However, the one I was most interested in was the complaint I hear often on news programs that Judge Cannon files paperless orders so that Jack Smith cannot appeal such an order. The court said that was not true stating in full:
"This claim is based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence to raise an inference that the Subject Judge acted with an illicit or improper motive. Judicial Conduct Rule 11(c)(1)(D). Issuance of a paperless order does not prevent that order from being appealed."
This is news to me and it might be to the news show which have repeated over and over again the notion that it had to be a Paper Order in order for Jack Smith to appeal it.
I hope Judge Chutkin will say, " Sorry defense but The Supreme Court used your 88 days delay so we'll go ahead with the trial in one week! "
