These guys have no idea what they're talking about. I came here to specifically see where one of the rubber washers go because my plumber installed mine wrong and damaged the washer so I now how to replace one myself. They had no idea what went where. I needed to know which way it faced etc.and they were clueless. Also the thick line at the bottom of the bottletral
IS NOT so it can be tightened properly. Idiots!!! That's where you use large coin to turn and open the bottom of bottle for easy cleaning. If you're gonna make a video to help people MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WTH YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. Geez... 🙄
