Vibram fivefingers KSO Evo wear and tear after 4 months and Size comparison to Merrell Vapor Glove 4

My Vibram Fivefingers KSO Evo has a hole in the little toe after four months and 240 km. I cannot afford to replace the running shoes every four months, so I looked for an alternative.

i have kso evo. 400km,almost all on paved road, and outsole still look almost brand new.i also wear them when lifting weights

This is why you should use size charts. There's no need to make a video, just measure your feet, go the manufacturer's size and what size will probably be yours. They often indicate the measurements in mm for the Chinese and in cm for the Japanese so look at those.

Strange...i heard vibram running small....but merrell barefoot sizes are ok.....better check us size on both brands...are they same?

I use KSO EVO size 42 and Merrel Vapor Glove 3 41,5 (for walking). I tried Vapor Glove 4 in size 42 and it was also ok but preffered 41,5.

That was pattern suggests you’re pushing your feet forwards when you land. Perhaps try and work on your gait first
