Hal la lou yahhhh. Praise Jesus. A month ago, I was diagnosed with Covid Pneumonia. I was hospitalized and felt as though HE was taking me home. Due to pneumonia, in my lungs, I could not breathe normally. I got a call from a pastor asking me if was worshiping and praising my way through, just like Paul & Silas, in Acts, chapter 16. I went on my phone, starting singing and praising, while gasping for air. Jesus came and pushed the pneumonia through my body and out. Hal la lou yahhhhh. If you're going through a trial, a test, worship & sing to HIM and HE WILL deliver you. Love you all, in Christ.

No. Jesus doesn't come into the piece of bread we eat at communion. when Jesus says He's the bread of life He's saying He is the life! He's the meaning of life, without Him we have no life! Jesus gave His life once and for all, there's no continued sacrifice, He gave His life for all once and for all paid it in full for all praise be to God Almighty ( Hebrews 1-10)!
Responding to God Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinner, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:7, 8
Jesus says the true bread of heaven is what gives life to the world, that he, Jesus is the bread of life, fulfilling all hunger and thirst, but his listeners see him and do not believe; but those who do believe have Eternal Life v. 33-40. These particular Jews see Jesus naturally, carnally, with the flesh (Room 8:1-8, 1 Cor 2:10 - 3:3), they can only see Jesus as the son of Joseph, cannot comprehend Jesus actually being from heaven. Jesus hears them and reinforces his actual co-identity with the Father; you only get to the Father through Jesus and Jesus is the only one who has seen the Father. , V. 41-44 Jesus then makes it crystal clear; he who eats the living bread of heaven--Jesus--will have Eternal Life and the Jews understand him literally. v. 45-52 Jesus does NOT correct any literal misunderstanding on their part. Jesus DOES CONFIRM their literal understanding. "The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" Jesus said to them "Amen, Amen [Truly, truly, it is so, it is so, it's a fact, it's a fact, you heard me correctly, you heard me correctly] I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you, he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is food indeed and my blood is drink indeed. He that eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me and I in him..." v. 52-57 Eating IS believing v.35-47 Believing leads to eating v. 48-58.
The Real Presence-deniers' go-to verse and why it is SO not... "It is the spirit that gives life, the flesh is of no avail, the words I have spoken to you are spirit and life. But there are some among you who do not believe Jesus knew from the first who those were who did not believe and who it was who would betray him. v.63-65 Notice with the last words, Judas Iscariot's betrayal is tied into the Bread of Life (BoL) discourse at Capernaum? Spirit vs. Flesh 1. Nowhere in Scripture is spirit equated with symbolic. 2. "Spirit" or pneuma, is used by John in 4:24 to describe God. Heb 1:14 says angels are spirit. Multiple examples in Scripture show spirit is ALWAYS a literal and not a figurative reality. 3. Clearly, there must be some crucial yet clear difference between "the flesh" which is of "no avail" and Jesus flesh, which gives Eternal Life v. 62-57. Romans 8:1-14 and 1 Cor 2:10-3:3 are both explicit defining "the flesh" and "being in the flesh" as seeing things naturally, carnally, without spiritual discernment, without faith, without grace, a meaning consistently supported elsewhere... Mt 26:41, Jn 3:6, Gal 3:5, 5:13-26, Rom 7:5-6, 25, 13:14 It does NOT require Grace to look at a communion service's elements (unleavened bread, leavened bread, crackers, wine, grape juice, just water, or even [ugh!] potato chips and soda pop) and force oneself to see a symbol of Christ and his Sacrifice. It does require the Grace of Faith to see the bread and wine are no longer those things, but both EQUALLY Jesus' glorified flesh, blood, human soul, and Infinite Eternal Divinity. At Capernaum, Jesus TWO TIMES in a TRIPLE confirmation, says his listeners' literal understanding is correct. v. 47-51 & 53-58. The general audience at Capernaum understood Jesus literally. Those called Disciples understood Jesus literally and LEFT HIM, v. 66. The 12 Apostles understood Jesus literally and Jesus only says (unlike post parable debriefings) " will you also go away?" v. 67 Judas already (v. 65) is one of the non-believers; not believing Jesus' repeated literal command to " eat my flesh and drink my blood", v. 65 Simon Peter, obviously not understanding, BUT still believing, declares Jesus has the words of Eternal Life. That said by Peter Jesus says though he chose all 12, " one of you is a devil' v. 67-71. To wrap up this analysis of the BoL discourse, The BoL discourse is preceded by faith, v. 1-21, it starts properly with faith, v. 26-29, and it concludes, in a take-him-or-leave-him declaration of seeing Jesus in the Eucharist by faith, v. 61-65. @guy8027
Yes, but he is emphatic that the literal understanding is correct. This is the understanding that was standard in Christiandom until the Reformation (and Luther did not dispute it, just the precise logic of the doctrine of transubstansion). Friend, this denial of the Eucharist does no good. It is just desparate differentiation from Catholicism (and Orthodoxy btw,) to maintain your separation. It does you no good n@@mrniceguy8027

The blood stands for forgiveness ( hebrew 9:22)
The flesh is the Woord of God (John 1:2)
It’s not merely metaphorical. The truths of God are both metaphorical and physical realities. The healing of soul and body
In the beginning was the Word...And the word became flesh/word/Bible Wow because He loves us so much He had to redo EVERYTHING
Amen amen

Thanks for sharing this scripture! How is your relation with God?

Believing leads to eating v. 48-58.
His word is the flesh, they missed it, and Jesus is insisting, I am the bread of life 😊😊, I love him, very patient guy 🎉🎉🎉
