Playing this every day and night, along with Sapien Medicines skin regeneration video has been helping me heal from my second degree rope burn on my fingers I got a few days ago. A couple fingers are already fully healed. I can see fresh skin growing and less redness.
It probably won't take 2 weeks to heal. With these videos it should take a week or less to heal.

Also the slightly lengthening the telomeres in your DNA play an important role in slowing down aging for a long period of time by 5 or 10 years. If you are older like about 40 or 45 only 5 years, below age 40 is about 10 years of age slowing.

practicing a 100% sugar free diet (added sugar), intermittent fasting, alternating between a caloric deficit for a few days and then a surplus. Drinking sufficient amounts of water is supposed to be good but you have to make yourself do it. i heard it said once the difference between a grape and a raisin is water. So I been listening to this one and the the supernatural feminine one for about 2 weeks. As the description says its a good idea to incorporate fasting into this.
In an experiment done on mice in which one group was allowed to eat whenever they wanted and one group was fed only once a day, the ones that were fed once a day lived an average of 17%-21% longer than the other group. Fasting puts your body in a state of regeneration and autophagy where dead cells can be removed and the energy being spent on metabolism is used elsewhere to heal.
The best way to do this would he intermittent fasting which should be a life long commitment. There will be a detox period but you will feel clean and refreshed from the inside, you wont wanna go back, you feel as if your internal organs took a shower.
Eat the first 4-6 hours after you wake up and fast for the rest of the day. Very occasionally its a good idea to incorporate a dry fast for a few days every month where you eat and drink nothing. Besides this being anti ageing theres a ton of other benefits for fasting including healing dopamine/serotonin/androgen receptors, improved skin, having more energy, sleeping better, improving hair health, etc

Played on loop - at 8th repetition the skin became tighter. This is super fast. I guess fastest of all. I drank water, but was starving as I fasted while listening to this. I am working out and currently on a healthy diet avoiding fried items

It does! I made a personalized one and when I fast it works so much faster! Results are amazing. (It was on making money and I'd make so much each time)
