Love this format. It's nice to see the neighborhoods during your drives. Love it. Question: Do you handle most of your clients? We bought a house in Florida in the past and when we signed on with the realtor, he then told us he was extremely busy and had his son, who was licensed, show us around. He was not as polished and could not answer many questions. We're now seeking someone with knowledge and experience to help us move to the Dallas area. We have now watched many of your videos and feel very comfortable with your approach. Cheers from Florida.

Thanks for watching and am glad your liking the new format. This newer approach came from working with my clients (So yes the answer to your question is I actually do the work 😉) unlike many of the larger channels you see who just use it as a lead generator and hand the leads out to other agents. Reach out to me anytime to the number in the comments and show notes, would love to help you. You can also check out our website.

@@RossVesci WIll note it, I made a goal this year to do 50 of these city tour videos so others can truly see what its like living in the cities. So I have my hands full with that, and helping all the clients relocating here to Dallas. Never hurts to ask, just curious why are they your favorite communities? So others may know as well until I am able to get to it.

@ knolls of frisco has a awesome layout as a subdivision and amenities in terms of walking and biking trails or concrete paved paths and it’s connected to Newman village so you’ll appreciate in value in equity ownership and other neighborhoods all around this one is within a quarter mile or less and close proximity to the fields and other places just in my opinion a good option but I love the architecture of the stone brick two story houses in the neighborhood and everything is clean and new hopefully we can chat soon thanks

Looks like a lot of homes in Frisco dont have driveways?

It’s not just Frisco, several communities throughout the metroplex are designed with rear entry garages.

@whymovetodallas got it, good that I can still have a garage, is it designed that way to save space?

In Texas, developers often place garages in the back of houses and omit front driveways because this design, which typically utilizes alleys, allows for better curb appeal, more efficient use of land by creating narrower streets, and enhances privacy by keeping the car access point away from the main facade of the house; essentially prioritizing aesthetics and space optimization over direct front access.
