It’s amazing to see the John Deere X9 in action with that 45-foot wide head! Every time I watch these machines at work, I’m blown away by their power and efficiency. Crossroad Farms is definitely leading the way in using advanced agricultural technology.
Another great video, Mike, thank you. Very unusual to see a Header that wide, with no out rigger support wheels, behind the rear vertical face of the Header. That Brent Grain Cart is an absolute beast !
Thank you for telling us what the crop is. Too many don't think to do so and some of us are not farmworkers and can't tell wheat from barley or oats or OSR or....
Awesome looking really clean wheat with no weeds, etc. Super awesome 1hr harvest, tillage, planting video Mike ! 👍👍 I'm a KC Royals fan but I wish Khal all the best with the BlueJays !
That is very funny. Just yesterday I had last year's Crossroad Farms in my recommendations and I was wondering if there would be another one this year. XD
Great video Mike! Are the "straw choppers" on these combines the same as other where they aren't baling the straw? I don't believe I've ever seen straw raked and baled like that.
Mike, what do they do with the straw on this farm? I live in Western Kentucky and there is only 1 farm that i know of that uses the wheat stubble, they use it for waterways, roadsides and so on. They sell it for extra income and market it pretty heavy. ( 7 springs farms )
@@gregjames5070 im very good friends and do work for this farm Im referring to no tillers Saying id just no tilled it Caude they comment like that all the time
@@jasonbrier9957 going from last years video about this farm, usually the ground is dried out and rock hard so they soften it up with a cultivator so they dont put unnecessary wear and tear on the planter.
THERE IS "ZERO PROFIT" RUNNING ALL THAT STRAW THROUGH THAT MILLION DOLLAR COMBINE.... THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE PRICING THE STRAW BALES AT OVER $200.00 A TON FOR THE "MATH TO WORK"😅😊😅😊🎉❤
A lot of non-stop activity going on in that wheat field for sure. Great video!
Thanks Mike, another great Crossroad Farms video!

That field looks really lush! Should be a good year for them!
Thanks Mike!
Another great video Mike, thank you so much for sharing. From a french farmer. Have a good day.
Thanks Mike. I was hoping for another one from this farm. Thoroughly enjoyed it. 😊👍🏻👍🏻
There’s something so satisfying about seeing the wheat harvested, baled, and the fields prepped for soybeans. Farming at its finest! 🌱💪
Wheat harvest is a busy time😉👍 cool to see a video from Crossroad Farms again👍😄
The first time I saw this machine it was huge.
Superb videos Mike. Very much enjoy these!
This video is not only visually appealing but also highly educational!

Hello from a fan! 👋
That is very funny. Just yesterday I had last year's Crossroad Farms in my recommendations and I was wondering if there would be another one this year. XD
I want to know more about that planter. Four CCS tanks could cover some serious ground in between refills.
Super 👋✍️
It looks like the straw is being shredded or is there a new spreading mechanism?
hollywood's W9 is one of the cleanest grain haulin rigs in west central Indiana
Modern machines make it easier for farmers
Hi Mike I gave this video a like

Good video
That is a Ginormous Grain Cart or a Somewhat Small Shipping Barge!
Mike, how do you get your audio, do you stick a mic on the combine?
What do they do with all the straw bales
Nice VDO
These people are doing my dream job . Unfortunately I am from Pakistan and we don't get a USA work visa ... 😂😂😂😂
Why work up the field? You see people just go in behind combine & drill beans in wheat stubble. Seems like extra work here.
Possible insight.... Add a diagonal harrow operation and then turbo till
👍👍👍👍
I still think that they run much faster with the JD bigbaler then the NH, what is your opinion?
When I saw these machines, I remembered my colleague, he died in a work accident, it was terrible.

It all goes to an area dairy farm
What do they use the straw for
Goes to a dairy farm for bedding for the cows.
