But the premise that it is a dude's soul inside the Queen just can't stop me from feeling weirded out no matter how lovely the scenes between the main couple are. Maybe bc I'm a guy and it feels 'gay' in a way.

guys if you’re new to miss hye sun’s magic pls check out her ‘my golden life’ drama. it’s a long one but so damn good. she really portrayed everything in the script so damn well. before she went viral for mr. queen i knew from golden life that she’d make it far and big, that’s how good she was. makes every character hers.
Just finished watching Mr. Queen and my gosh, Shin Hyesun i became a fan.. binge watching now her other works and so far im not yet disappointed.. Acting prowess is so SOLID 😍👏🏻👍🏻
Same here just watched it for the first time after brushing it off back in 2020 now I am watching still 17 and welcome to Samdalri. Saw her in legend of the blue sea years ago and hated her because she was interfering with the female lead of the show lol 😂

I first saw her in "she was pretty" (PSJ male lead drama) where she plays the bully coworker. Nice to see her reach this far with her great acting skills.
